Good development. That being said, I hope preparations are being made on how to maintain them so we won't see issues of overcrowded trains, poor maintenance of facilities and the likes. Then again, I'll also like the government to enlighten the masses on the benefits of these kinda projects like not necessarily moving to another city to settle down and why the masses should help support the government by maintaining them in ways they can such as not defacing them.

Madara's original eyes are with Obito so it's possible that he just has to be blind while black zetsu gets it back for him. Who else here thinks Madara is able to fight while blind due to Hashirama's sage mode which can sense danger and counter it?
