A little advice: look for a reading table and chair or any table that can give you a perfect position for your face, and shoulder to appear on your camera, then use something like a stand to place your phone in an upright position. Rephrase your statement as I am lost. If I am to step in though, I'd say you do not need to purchase any PIN. Just register your email address and a log in PIN would be sent to you to continue your application. There's a column for filling your WAEC results but that did not require us putting in a PIN except candidate number which is needed for them to verify if you truly got what you put up.
