emk4lif: Nigerian Universities are not even in the top 5000 Colleges worldwide and they struggle for mention even on the continent, structures of these level are a long shot for any nigerian university, for example Harvard had a $3.7billion budget for 2010 which is more than nigeria's entire federal education budget, the little money they have they fritter on frivolities and paying salaries of redundant workers, no school in nigeria is even midly ICT compliant, even basic laboratories are non existent...and yet the govt is stupidly building more mushroom universities rather than equipping the already decrepit existing ones
