Don't be so sanctimonious, the guy is already, it is not like if they would have done something to save him or they are the ones to bring down the corpse from the pole. Good evening everyone, in my place of work, my colleagues have this habit of been wasteful. I recently gained employment in a bank as a contract staff. My task is to count notes and give it to whoever is in charge to post it(Head teller). In processing this cash, I may need to use a piece of paper to write the cash when it's not up to a pack(100) and also, the use of rubber band is needed too. Here comes the things I find absurd, my colleagues don't care about the rubber band and they will rather tear a new wrapper rather than use previous ones or the ones brought in by customers. When I try to pick these papers and rubber band from the floor to use, they call me a JJC. They said I should not bother, that the bank has money, they will purchase it when we need it.

I totally feel it's wrong, they can't use their own properties the way the use that of the bank.

I wrote this cause I want to know if this is what happens in every work place, do guys engage in this act of not handling company properties efficiently? I hate waste when it involves me directly.

Guy continue with the way you behave. Employees like you are difficult to come by. If I see an employee who handles his employers property the way he will handle his own without being monitored, I will never let that employee go. One day someone up there will notice your diligence and it might be the start of your answered prayer.

Or it seems you don't really understand what DPC level mean. It is just below the window level. Before I finish the building I'm suppose to spend far more than 3 million.

No I started the building this January. I'm just about to roof the building in a short while. So it is at the current cost of things

I did my 5 bedroom foundation to DPC level in the East at a cost of about 700k. All these guys calling millions for you, either they don't know what they
are saying or they are building contractors inflating cost in anticipation.

Choose the one your mind is in it, that is computer Engineering. In the labour market in Nigeria, the two goes hand in hand. Most companies advertise for vacancies on computer related stuff without differentiating between computer Engineering or science. You edge over every other computer related course graduates in Nigerian labour market is your activity outside your regular curricula in school like professional qualifications and any practical experience you can lay your hands on , don't joke with these, if you are going to study computer related course.
Secondary Unizik offers computer Engineering with Electrical/Electronics Engineering together. You have the choice of studying all together till your 4th year before you branch into either Power Engineering option or Electronics and computer Engineering option. I think that is an added advantage. I graduated from the department that is how I know.

My friend it is you that didn't understand. If use ATM, banking hall or different banks to withdraw physical cash totalling up to 500k in a day, then you will be charged. But if you use the web, mobile or ATM to transfer 10 million to another bank account in a day, you will not be charged except maybe the normal N100 inter bank transfer fee.

That is the way to go. There is no reason an individual should be carrying above 500k up and down on a daily basis. Use cashless channels to do transactions above 100k . if you don't like it then pay the penalty.
