Romance › Re: She Told him She Will Break Up With Him By December If He Didn't Secure A Job by Ferdinandu(m): 9:06pm On Apr 08, 2018 |
merbenko: A close friend of mine was treating by his girlfriend, that if he can't secure a job by December she will brake up with him . He graduated 2014 and served 2015 that was the year he started dating her after his service. He is managing with a private school after various attempt to set his hands on a lucrative job. He call me yesterday and told me about the issue. My answer is to let her go even before December because if wishes are horses no one will likes to be poor. Please if there is any opinion more that I need your help. Please Tell yourself the truth. Are you happy with yourself as you are poor like that. Your Girlfriend must have seen you becoming too relaxed on mere cheap private school teacher salary. You need something to push you up. Don't allow a temporary blessing become a permanent solution. Your Gf maybe the positive force God is trying to use to make you uncomfortable from your temporary blessing to move up to something bigger. You shouldn't tag every girl who is pushing you to wake up to bigger opportunities as Gold Diggers. Reject life of mediocrity. Challenge yourself. Widen your horizon. You can never sustain a family with basic necessity with your present condition. The Girl has a valid reason to be worried. But at the same time you supposed to have known her and her xter to differentiate between Gold digging mentality and a valid concern of a loved one. |

life2017: sell all the refinery as scrap for 1 dollar to an international company who can revamp it with huge investment and manage it efficiently.
Government don't have refineries in United State, UK, France, Italy etc. Refineries are own by private corporations. Nigeria govt should stop investing and wasting money on Refineries. Selling it off just like that is not the solution. The PHCN they sold off like that, what do we have. Every month your bills will keep increasing while the no of hours the power is provided to you keeps decreasing. |
Business › Re: 16 Reasons You Should Be An Entrepreneur And Own A Business by Ferdinandu(m): 12:33pm On Feb 28, 2018 |
Coitus: Entrepreneurship is good but Nigeria is not business friendly. I've witnessed a lot of people around me suffering because their business has crumpled, forget all this nonsense motivational speakers talk/write about entrepreneurship, in an actual practical sense using Nigeria as a case study, its very very hard. Learning a skill and leaving the shit hole of a country has become my only goal. Because you are not motivated enough. Failure is part of entrepreneurial skills. Great entrepreneurs fail many times and still find a way to stand out. With your mindset find a job, learn to manage your salary, any amount you will still be happy. Don't forget to ask your employer how many times he failed so that you will have a different story to tell your children |

Politics › Re: APC South East Leaders Meet Buhari, Endorse Him For Second Term by Ferdinandu(m): 5:28pm On Jan 22, 2018 |
Okoyeebos: Traditionally, the SE doesn't vote Against the ruling party at the Presidential elections. 2015 was a miscalculation because they thought Goodluck was going to win.
In 1999, they betrayed Ekwueme at the PDP primaries and voted Obasanjo at the elections.
In 2003, they betrayed Ojukwu who contested under APGA and voted for Obasanjo of PDP.
In 2007, they betrayed Orji Uzor Kalu of PPA and voted Yar'Adua of PDP.
In 2011, they voted Goodluck under PDP instead of Osita Okechukwu.
In 2015, they voted GEJ again, but he lost.
Opposition politics is new to the SE and they can NEVER survive it. One reason is that the SE hasn't had a central rallying force since the time of Ikemba. The present leaders are just fraudsters, thieves and crooks.
The SE votes are very inconsequential simply because they are predictable. Buy the leaders and the people vote as usual. That is what the present PDP and APC leadership is rubbing in the faces of the PDP members at the national level.
Mark this post, by 2019, the SE would vote massively for the APC even if it is an Hausa goat not even human being that is contesting.
This is the bitter truth. The reason is because most people in south East don't vote, it is mostly the Politicians and those who gain directly from them that do come out to vote, so the Politicians aligned with the party at the center are always the ones with resources to gain from. That has always been the case of the South East. If people will come out to vote, then this your assertion will be proved wrong, if not it will always hold true. |

Benita27: Look up the meaning of a "Thief". Spending on a woman is a product of your benevolence, and not stealing. You can't sue her 'cause she rejected you after spending on her 'cause she didn't ask for it. It's not a loan. That's the more reason why some of you should spend wisely, and not use money to make ladies feel they're indebted. Once they feel indebted they may be dating you for that reason and not because they genuinely want to which is a redflag in any relationship. That's correct but most Guys fail to see beyond their limited view. Why should I want to marry a lady who is with me because of financial security I provide. Spend on a girl that is not yet your wife the limited amount you can comfortably afford. When she says it is over, you will comfortably separate with no hard feelings. Human beings are not dogs you train to be loyal for life. |

Romance › Re: My Girlfriend Hit Me With A Sudden News by Ferdinandu(m): 8:41am On Oct 26, 2017 |
Philosophia: Thank you so much.
My brother, I will be candid with you. My biggest problem is that I love this lady with my beign. She is the only girlfriend I have ever had. 3years. I have often visualized our life together. We talked about family, kids, everything.
I am an introvert, who hardly gets close to people. I am a guy that usually doesn't give a Bleep unless I want to. But this stuff hit me. It hit me where it hurts. As I type this tears are springing from my eyes. I'm trying to stop but it hurts.
My whole life just seems useless. I don't know exactly what to do. I feel lost. That is the reason my friend. Get out there, Man up and befriend many other girls, whatever you think this lady has that is spoiling your day, there are ladies that have double of that. Human beings are naturally afraid of change and that is what is happening to you. You can't can't be brooding over someone who has rejected you because of your financial situation and you are still calling love. Take a day and mourn the loss of that girl, her loss is best thing that have happened to you. Your utmost concern now should be your financial situation and let me tell you 99% of girls are a clog in the wheels as far as financial breakthrough is. It is a fight you have to fight on your own without leeches on your neck. Note I'm an introvert like you, used to see one girl as all and all. (That is what we introverts does best, we are always the loyal friend and partner) until she misbehaves and I learnt my lessons Get out there and talk to any girl that takes your fancy, you see that you don't have to mourn for anyone that doesn't give a hoot about you. |

LexngtonSteele: Osita Chidoka is just like his father in law, Ojo Maduekwe. ..An opportunist who doesn't have Ndigbo interests at heart.
Won't be a popular opinion but it's the truth. Ojo said any "Igbo aspiring to be President is mad" when Alex Ekwueme contested against OBJ for PDP presidential ticket.
A lot of folks who know Osita one-on-one don't have good things to say about him
So Chidoka is Ojo's Son in law. This explains why he was able to achieve FRSC corps Marshall at a very young age.Nigeria and Nepotism. If you don't know anybody you are going nowhere |

jguy007: On the 5th of July 2017, i resumed work at a prestige hotel in Ikeja through a man i met at a car wash while i was washing cars for stipend to earn a living. The day i met him, i just finished washing a car and i worked up to him and requested an audience, and then told him i was looking for a job because am a computer engineering graduate trying a make a living, and all this took place sometime around February. He agreed to help and I, without giving much though didn't bother him anymore cause i was already tired of telling people i needed a job when i already know jobs are hard to come by these days. But surprisingly he came looking for my with the MD of a hotel and (devil is a lie) i wasnt at the car wash that moment,i went to see someone. He waited and waited and at some point was angry, then he left only for me to return few minutes later to be told he came looking for me...i was mad *******************fast forward to 2weeks back************************* He called one early morning and asked to meet me at the car wash so i could go see the MD that morning and i did. She interviewed me for few minutes, collected my C.V and asked me when i would like to resume work.So eager i said the next day and she was fine with it.Ever since that day i never saw her again but i was going to work and enjoying it too **************************4days later******************************* While on my shift, i made some sales and then early that morning,on my off day( cus i sleep in the office and handover sales made earlier the next day to my colleague) between 2am and 3am, two guest worked in to book a room. I assigned rooms to them and they paid me cash. I then handed the money to my colleague that was on duty that morning and went home only to return the following and discover while going thru the records that she only recorded one out of the two rooms i sold for her that morning. I searched the whole books for that room but couldn't find a trace of it, then i knew something was up. I never confronted her about it but i just decided to watch if twas gonna happen again. **************************4days later after that******************************* A similar thing occurred and this time so obvious. Four friends came in early in the morning on my off day and one of them paid cash for two rooms which i allocated to them and again gave the money to the same colleague before leaving that morning. On returning on my shift, she wrote down the two rooms sha but wrote 1POS and 1CASH, which was a lie cause i was the one that collected cash from them and they never paid thru POS. **************************back to present day******************************* Have been thing of confronting her directly but i cant cause i noticed too that she isnt alone in it, the manager is in with her and they are kind of close(i noticed it on the first day of resumption) I also thought of telling the man that made me get the job cause later i found out that the MD is his wife, which was a shocker to me cause till now i didn't submit an application letter or bring in any guarantor before i got the job. I don't wanna betray his trust either cause this might be a test to me PLease friends what do i do? NB: AM SURE THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME ITS HAPPENING....SHE OR SHOULD I SAY THEY HAVE BEEN DOING IT BEFORE I CAME. I DON'T HAVE PROOF OF THAT BUT I GUESS SO CUS NOW THEY THINK AM DUMB SINCE I DIDN'T NOTICE THE FIRST FRAUD ,WHICH I DID BUT KEPT QUIET THAT'S WHY THEY COMMITTED ANOTHER. Fraud by staffs in hotels is same with that in places like Banks. it is usually like organised crime. from the top everybody is involved.when you are newly employed they watch you with suspicion trying to know the type of person you are while doing deals on top of your head .when they see you can be corrupted and that you are not suspiciously close to the owner of the business then they will let you in into the dirty deals going on .Trust me it is a matter of time when they let you in to the deals. It is all on you to and your conscience to choose to leak it to the MD or join the bandwagon. Those guys do make up to 5 times their salary through that dirty deals monthly so you better watch your back if you are going to be the snitch because they are going to be ready for you. |
