Scam I really wonder how much their governor pays these media aides to report mediocre & scam projects on national news forums. It hurts to see youths sacrifice their future over some <$200 stipends They asslick their politicians so well... In Akwa Ibom there's no tangible employment opportunity just asslicking & youths praying to be made aide to some dumb politicians BTW, I forgot to tell you, the religious & socio-political ideology among their youths promote fucking, mass production of babies & laziness I'm not impressed This is a sad perspective. Do you reside there or you've stayed there before? I pray it's not another white elephant project though. Hope the government will deliver on this one. |

otomatic: The write-up is not from the paper. I'm sure the writer, Ivan, was contracted to write the article and publish it there (most likely the paper was paid for the space). That's why the paper has added this caveat
" Ivan Sascha Sheehan is the executive director of the School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Baltimore. Opinions expressed are his own." Nice deduction sir. |
Politics › Re: U.S. IGNORES SMALL AFRICAN TERRORIST GROUP IPOB AT ITS PERIL - WASHINGTON TIMES by Fernandeswagger(m): 11:25am On Oct 05, 2021 |
FakeUnity: Useless editorial sponsored by Terrorist Mallam Malami and president Bokoharri the feudal fulani muslim terrorists against IPOB- a Christian activist group that only seeks for its people to leave the nigerian union where christians are slaughtered on daily basis by terrorist fulanis supporters of APC running nigeria like feudal fiefdom.
IPOB needs to mobilize and write a very strongly worded letter to Washington times in order to call their misguided writer Ivan Sascha Sheehan- a corrupt muslim terrorism supporter to order.
You confused the media outlets. This article is from the Washington Times and not the Washington Post. Washington Post can't write this garbage. |

See the banter he was getting here on nairaland for losing a fight.. that was what y'all did to onuachu before he started proving himself
Moda...kers!! Unfortunately your points are sadly true. I don't know why Nigerians can't encourage their own even when the person loses. Who kicks a man already down? The pull him down syndrome is just disgusting. It's a game, you can't always win. But instead of encouraging the homie it's all about hating and laughing at him. To the topic: it's just a speculation. A good boxer cares about his reputation. AJ obviously has two losses to his name career wise. Except he's greedy, I don't know why he should want that dent. Look at Mayweather who has 49 or 50-0. Does it mean AJ loves money more than him? |

ifytrik: Persons vaccinated in the uk should also be considered unvaccinated when entering Nigeria, they shoul also be quaranteed for two weeks in sambisa borno state. It's high time we start treating this coloured people the way they treat us, i see no reason why we should be worshiping them when they don't treat us like humans Totally agree with you on this. Treat any Brit that comes to Nigeria as unvaccinated and see how the UK reviews this lousy policy. Unfortunately our leaders don't have the balls to do this. |

FutureIsFemale: You don't know how all these electronics can malfunction. I once punch in figures at the ATM stand and it was not responding. I thought the buttons were bad. I kept on punching.. Before I could realised, I had made 40k transaction as against the normal 400 I wanted to pay for bulk sms units..
Also, my phone screen some times malfunction especially if water touches it. I will press a number and it will not appear. I'd keep on pressing. Before I know it, the number will appear in multitude. I get your point but I also believe there's always a dialog box asking the user to confirm the transaction. It's supposed to ensure you don't make these errors. |

Buckeyemedia1: Who are you to say how & when We should get started? Oga approach the courts if you have an issue. That's what Rivers State just did. Nigeria is pretending to run a federal system when in reality it's a bloody unitary form if government. This is just the beginning. Approach the bench and speak for your LGs and stop berating the states. |

Buckeyemedia1: Local Governments should keep their resources & collect VAT, True Federalism is what we advocate, why should Local Government collect 35% of its earnings, & the Centre the State collects 50% from all Local Governments, What kind of cheating is that? Why should surulere Local Government, share Eti Osa’s money then carry it to Alausa for further decimation? Let's start with the state. We'll get to the LGs. You count one before two. |

Sorry I don't understand how the caliphate is related to this new VAT regime. Plus Wike was only being benevolent to his fellow governor who just had a market burnt down. Amaechi2023: it's because none of them are capable of winning an election and neither of them have made enough permutations to clinch the ticket. Rochas that seems to be on the fore front has been receiving it hot from tinubu and his south east counterparts don't seem ready to help him in this fight.
Credible technocrats are everywhere. My point is technocrats who are influential and are politically strong and vibrant to clinch a major party ticket. This is where amaechi falls in. Younger, a technocrats, influential, political capacity. Positive developmental track records from State assembly to governor and now minister. Common if your looking for well proven technocrats not just say it technocrats my brother look no further. Amongst our influential politicians capable of becoming president today, trust me no man is better than amaechi. Rotimi is this you? I like the way you sell yourself here. Not bad if you ask me. For me I'm not an Amechi fan. But in the face of the current politicians. I think he's not a bad option. |
