There is no exit package for staff that has served the company for 10 years and more. This is Xenophobia attack on staff welfare and no voluntary severance package for frustrated staff that want to leave.

How can a corporate social responsible company be doing this to staff but serve the public more?

MTN Nigeria Platinum Certification

MTN Management cannot put in place severance package for their old staff that has spent 10years and above serving the company.
How can you give voucher to staff that wants to exit the company after so many years.

Abeg Nigerians make una judge this matter.
