Job code is 6145. Please which email can i send the mail to? Because its my employer they mailed with the concern of “new entrant”.

Wahala.... maybe Ur employer made a mistake while filling ur COS.... Have u checked the COS ...??

My COS clearly says “N” to that question. So I wonder where this is coming from.

Trust you’re fine. My employer just reached out to me that home office believes am applying as @new entrant” which is not so. The application hve been on since August.

I may be wrong....still...it maybe that your employer's licence is under temporary suspension pending addressing an issue...(this has been happening lately to some sponsors)

. Many of these nigerian dorm care agency don't pass basic checks of the Care Quality commission....so they place such under partial suspension and give them time to rectify the issues

If they successful settle with the quality commission....home office will lift their suspension and applicant with pending visa application can scale through......if not, suspension will turn to license revoked....and pending visa will eventually be refused.....

U can try asking your employer what the issues is ..but I doubt they will tell u the exact issue especially if it will affect ur visa

Are they still giving visa to people that their cos carries job type 6145?

Good dayhouse, pls my wife did her biometric for skilled worker since on the 9th of August and got letter for additional information from sponsor, sponsored said they replied, she still got an additional information needed by sponsor on the 6th of September and sponsored said they replied again, till now nothing have been heard from ukvi

My sis in law applied from Nigeria for a visit visa, despite paying priority they delayed for over a month then served her a denial.

I also applied for a skilled worker visa although not priority. Tuesday will make it 7 weeks from within the UK and they are yet to get back to me.

Am hearing there’s a delay for application made inside the uk, most especially the priority service.

My sponsor's bank too is FBN and attempts to get them to send to IRCC via courier proved abortive. So I just printed the bank statement and got them to stamp and sign on every page. This one sef na with quarrel oh cos they insisted that they only stamp and sign first and last page but I didn't take that for an answer at all.
If they can't provide the requested document, can't send via courier, the least they can do is stamp and sign each page. So they eventually did that.

I also got them to give me a reference letter to back up the statement for credibility purposes, which ofcourse they stamped and signed.

I also added a brief explanation about this on the letter that I'm sending to them.

I didn't get the mail because I applied in August and am almost done with the process before they started sending out the NSE letter. From the flurry of info we get here about NSE in the past 1 month or thereabout, I want to think most SP applicant since November (who meet certain criteria - we do not know yet) will get the NSE letter/request but they can opt out by not responding to it.

Don't stress yourself. Both dates are still within 2 years expiry until 3 more days from now (for the 15th Dec 2018). So go ahead and send now. Don't delay. I hope the bank statement part s ready too so you can do both together now. But even if the bank statement is not ready, I think you should update that immediately while you wait to send the bank statement before the window is over. My own foolish opinion though!

Please I just got a mail that I qualify for nigeria student express that I should provide ielts Nd bank statement....pls what does it mean....then my ielts result shows 2 dates dec 15 2018 exam date and feb 1st 2019 date remark was issued...which of the date does it expire after 2 years....help please
