CilicMarin:Don't get me wrong please. Personally I have nothing against tinubu. But the man's health is his biggest problem. Whether we choose to believe it or not, tinubu is sick and Nigeria don't need another buhari pro-max please. Whatever good intentions he have for Nigeria as long as he is unhealthy nothing is going to work. He might have done well as the Lagos state governor but that was when the man wasn't too old and sick. We can't keep on recycling old and sick people to lead us and expect some magic from them. |
El Rufai is at the forefront of this Muslim - muslim ticket because he wants to be tinubu's VP. I'm a muslim myself and I will never support any injustice. An already divided country like Nigeria doesn't need more division. If buhari couldn't run with a muslim-muslim ticket, I don't see how tinubu will succeed. APC can't tell us they can't find any northern Christian to be tinubu's VP. Funny; And this was exactly what the chairman was trying to avoid. Had it been APC gave it's ticket to Amaechi or osibanjo, all this muslim-muslim ticket won't have arise in the first place. |
This is what I expect igbos to be doing instead of the hate campaign and other silly things. Obi might not win the election because of some qualities he doesn't possess but dude will definitely make a statement. And if he should pinch his tend with PDP once again, the election will be a slide victory for Atiku. What APC are banking on is to get the block votes of northwest and some northeast states but with this present disastrous government, many people will rather vote for PDP. |
SEXONLY:When I say North I mean Muslim North because they constitute 85% of northerners. Unless we want to deceive ourselves but religion plays an important role in our election. |
Tinubu might be popular in the South, but down here, the man is seen with the same lens atiku is seen with; corrupt, desperate and old. The northerners have two bad eggs to choose from and I can tell you, most will choose atiku because of some factors which your tinubu doesn't possess. Besides tinubu is sick! Well I know some northern politicians will want to sell tinubu to the northerners but I don't see average northerners buying it. I doubt a tinubu can defeat atiku in a free and fair election. |
Buhari's popularity has drastically reduced in the north. So anybody banking on his popularity to win an election is just wasting his time. |
Herbephe1:Yeah a simple sorry, "I retract my statement, I dont know the magnitude of what I said" may have saved her life. |
ItzProspero:If you listen to the hausa voice note, the young lady actually made a blasphemous comment about our noble prophet(saw). Her roommates(probably Christians) were even shocked by her comment because they expressed it in the voice note. |
APC's very poor performance will definitely be the TKO in their bid to retain power in 2023. What they accused PDP of, their own became 20 times worse. Only money can influence voters in 2023. Tinubu isnt popular here in the north and is not someone that can easily be sold to the average northerner. Atiku isnt that popular among average northerners too. But come to think about it, do I even care? |
He is a economist genius as you said and yet our economy is in a state of comatose under Mr Osibanjo's watch? Besides osibanjo won't win a presidential election for APC. He doesn't have what it takes to do that. He is just popular amongst very few people that have little influence politically. |
seunmsg:Is just a phrase, you really don't need to comprehend anything. |
seunmsg:Democratic government returned to Nigeria in 1999. And my calculations and most northerners calculations tells us that you southerners have been ruling most of the time. Besides I dont think northerners are ready to vote for any southerner considering the fact that Nigeria is too divided along ethnic/region/religious lines. And you guys can't force anybody to vote for a southerner. And am telling you my friend, any serious northerner can win the presidential election outside APC/PDP flags |
seunmsg:You are always on this type of threads to read inconsequential comments of nonentities just to bloat your ego. Well 2023 isn't far. When the turn of your candidate of choice(osibanjo) comes, pray he crosses the bridge |
Southwesterners talked about fairness but ask that dumb Ondo governor to support a scenario like this for 2023 election PDP = SE/NE or APC = SS/NC and the man will start grumbling. The north has always been fair to the south. If we want to retain the presidency seat forever, we can do that. But what are we saying, we said we should be fair to ourselves. Of lately the SW has been running a ridiculous campaign against the entire north just because they cunningly want their son to be president in 2023. Funny |
seunmsg:Everybody is allowed to dream my friend and your case isn't any different. |
seunmsg:And I will also tell you authoritatively that if eventually a northerner wins the 2023 presidential election, you guys should do your worst!!! |
seunmsg:The north hasn't even agreed on a southern president yet and you are allocating 8yrs of what might not be given to you. If the north wants to be greedy with power, you know that we can continue to lead this country as long as we want and heaven wont fall because we have the numbers to do that. Nobody from the SS/SE will spend more than four years as president if we eventually agree on a southern president(which might be impossible) |
seunmsg:Funny. But there is a governor from your side who is always issuing threats every time. I don't know, maybe he thinks the north will be afraid of his threats. And dont get me wrong. I'm not against a southern president, no; that will be too myopic of me. What any reasonable northerner will be against is telling the entire three regions that made up the north that they don't have any right whatsoever to contest for president in 2023 because a northerner just vacated the seat. Is rotational presidency recognized in the constitution? If you want to negotiate 2023, then political leaders must sit on a round table and talk things out. If the outcome is fair to everyone then we shake hands like gentlemen and set the ball rolling, but if it isn't fair we will do what we think is best for our region. And mind you, even if we agree that the south should produce the next president, understand that the southwest will be exclusively excluded in this agreement. So you better drop your tinubu/osibanjo ticket. |
seunmsg:And you think you guys have the guts to scatter anything? Since this country was created, the southwest has been the major beneficiaries in the country. Nigerians gave you lagos, Nigerians gave you the so-called economy viability you burst of every now and then. From 1999 till today, no region has gotten more political appointments, offices than you guys. When you guys want to issue your lame blackmail and silly threats, that's when you remember your "southern" mantra. But let me tell you my friend; the north can't be threatened or cowed by anybody or any region. You talked about bringing buhari to power, now you tell me how many votes your region gave buhari in comparison to the northwest or northeast votes. And besides how is APC's victory at the 2015 polls any northerner's business as regards to 2023? The northerners MUST be given a free passage to via for the highest office in the land under whatever party they desire, and nobody CAN stop that. And when we go to polls in 2023, we will vote for the candidate we want regardless of whatever region he emerges from. And if a northerner emerges victorious in 2023 presidential election, there is absolutely nothing anybody can do about that! Have a nice day |
There is no way osibanjo will be given the presidential ticket of the party for 2023. And besides the man doesn't possess any leadership quality. The southwest aren't the only region in Nigeria. I will continue to advocate for a SS person to be given the ticket(preferably Jonathan and that's if he finally joins APC) A yoruba man did 8yrs as president, another one did 8yrs as vp and yet you guys want to do another 8yrs as president. Who is the fool? Later you will be calling northerners power drunk |
Mikecold:You must be out of your mind |
The suspension shouldn't be temporary but permanent!!! |
Ipob terrorists who camouflaged as freedom fighters wont like this news. Lol |
Jack thinks everybody is dumb donald trump. I dont like trump but shutting him up like the way they did was 'overstepping one's boundary' |
I don't think jack is this stupid to release this gibberish. Funny thing is the Nigeria government have given balls to other countries to ban twitter whenever they wish. Freedom of speech isn't madness! |
Even if the news is true, the government won't be bothered by Facebook's ban because it doesn't have much influence like Twitter. Lol |
vibre:Lol is there any trending topic in that your vpn Twitter. Is seems you guys dont know the kind of blow the FG gave Twitter |
Aptly said!!! Twitter should have been ban like two years ago because of their recklessness. You deleted a tweet of a sitting president cautioning those arsonists and you directly/indirectly promote tweets of terrorists(ipob). |
AchalugoNwa:Are you ok? Haven't you guys infiltrated this site with your ipob propaganda? |
All these cries because of Twitter ban.lol . Anyway you guys will get over it very soon. |
zombieHUNTER:How is cautioning those arsonists(unknown gunmen) a 'hate speech'? |
And the owner of this site should be careful, because with the way the ipob miscreants have infiltrated this site, the government might hit this site with it's hammer. |
