Hi everyone, I have been following this trend as a silent reader, a friend in CA introduced me to it few months back.

I got admitted to Conestoga college, May intake. They asked me to pay cad1500 deposit. I submitted form A to pay it but yesterday I got my admission revoked by Conestoga because they have not received my payment. This is due to bank delay in processing form A.

Please I need advise, what should I do? If they eventually get the deposit will they offer me the admission again?

Do I need to combine my transcript and certificate as one doc to upload at uniassisst portal? Or where will you recommend I upload transcript on the uniassist portal, I cannt find any?

Is like some genius did the last exam. Testmi should give those that scored above 89% in 10 mins a harder exam

SPDC exam is always online. People leak the questions, but they still know how to select successful candidates.

If Testmi can invite first class, 2/1, 2/2 down to HND, they can as well make the cut of 50% to give many the opportunity to participate.

We should just relax, nobody expected that there will still be an exam on Saturday. Testmi has been very flexible.

Nobody can fault Testmi because the questions were leaked. Testmi is not the first to conduct an online exam. Many other companies do it also. The fault is 100% from applicants who behaved irresponsibly by making the question public.

I have 2 friends from Cross Rivers, GT and EH. Their scores will blow your mind. Lemme not come and give you BP.

If you did it without cheating and you are good you should score up to 50, which is average. So NCDMB can decide to call from 50+ to 70+ or 50+ to 80+, anything outside that is abnormal under 1hr for that exam. Recruiters are psychologist, they know what to do.

People who leaked questions are those also complaining. They will never learn.

GT will be competitive. EH are wise enough not to share questions.

Cut off also depends on state performance, if you like be your brothers keeper by giving them your questions.


Note: If you don't share questions you may not get to interview or the job, but sharing questions won't make it easier for you.

Those persons that leaked DPR aptitude test questions online then, didn't make it to the interview. They were on NL lamenting, but who cares
You can advise but don't share questions. If you do, pls don't come here later and complain that you were not shortlisted for interview.
Use your sense, do you best and leave the rest.

There is good news for every applicant. I saw the ES this night on my way to buy suya in Yenagoa. He was very welcoming. I asked him about the recruitment, he said it is real but being handled by third parties. Before he left he advised me to prepare hard that invite will be sent this week or next.

Let me list the oil companies for you...

Shell, Total, Schlumberger and many of them in NNPC.

This is a public forum... You should be mindful of rumors you are stating as facts.

You both are not understanding each other. You can get a job in oil and gas with only SSCE, OND, HND or BSC. But nobody will employ you with HND only for an Engineering role, HND is purely technical. That is what he is trying to say.

I opted for virtual due to the pandemic. I prefer physical location now that the pandemic is over. Please such a provision should be made available.

15 physical location centres across the country.

All eligible applicants would be invited for the aptitude test.

About 90,000 total eligible applicants across the country and not the earlier mentioned 40,000 plus.

More applicants opted for the virtual testing mode.

It's CBT for both the virtual and physical location testing modes.

It's strictly merit based.

Expect your invites for the aptitude test by next week. It's confirmed.

A few things like the total number of slots available for both GT and EH are still kept close to their chest.

So I registered with oilandgasjobs, and got an email to update my state of origin few weeks ago.

Today I got this email, and I noticed I was addressed with the name I used in applying for oilgasjobs. I knew because I used a dot (.) as my middle name during the registration. This is because the portal won't let me continue without a middle name. I don't have a middle name and I haven't registered with any before. So I'm 100% certain they got my email from oilandgasjobs.

Hope they are not selling our details.

I'm sure every qualified applicant got the message.
It is possible the site was hacked by the advertiser.
It is possible NCDMB is promoting the company. Remember, NCDMB also advertise jobs for other companies.

If 50 Chemical Engineers made it to the interview and NCDMB needs just one Chemical Engineer who will this be?
(1) The overall best Chemical Engineer is from Imo state but he is the 3rd best candidate from his state.
(2) The 2nd best Chemical Engineer is from Ondo state and he is the overall best candidate from his state.
(3) The ES sister-in-law is among the top 20 Chemical Engineers and she is from the community where NCDMB tower is situated.
(4) The 4th best candidate is from Lagos state, a good friend of Jagaban and he is also very prayerful.
(5) There is only one applicant from Jigawa state and he is a Chemical Engineer.

The list can go on and on and on. You will agree with me that it won't be an easy decision to pick the final candidate.

If at this point you still believe this recruitment is fake, please save your strength and move on. You will be fine. Let those who believe it is real or those who are ready to be scammed continue with it.

In as much as we consented for virtual test, it will be advisable we also prepare our minds for regular in person test, at this time the country is returning to normal activities, schools are resuming, churches and the rest of them. So there’s no excuse for a virtual test anymore. Besides due to the coded way the recruitment was publicized, not sure that we’ll experience the regular crowd of NNPC and co.

NCDMB's 4 year tenure expires September, 2020 and no guarantee yet that Buhari through MPR Chief Timipre Silva will renew it.

2. Engr. Wabote is regarded as an achiever by all in the industry and having seen to the completion of its 17 stories Headquarter, he would want to recruit people to man and fill up all available positions before leaving in September.

3. Engr. Wabote knows that the more this recruitment lingers on the more politicians and others will try to hijack it. Hence, the earliest the better for him this August before he bows out in September if he doesn't get tenure renewal.
