1. Affiliate Marketing. This is my favorite and the one I'm also into.

It involves connecting buyers and sellers of a product together and get paid through commission on EACH sale.

You'll register with an Affiliate platform..pick a product to promote and you earn commission on EACH sale you make which could be from 10-50%.

It's a very Profitable Business to do.

2. Copywriting. Writing adverts for products and Businesses.

It's one of the highest paying skill online these days.

3. Information Publishing: Writing information about a particular problem and it's solution and packaging it as a book or video course and sell it online.

4. Amazon KDP: writing and Publishing books online on Amazon. It's a really cool and legit way to earn in Dollars.

I think enough is enough with the shaming i took a loan from Lcredit i was just about 20hrs overdue they started calling and messaging all my contacts people i hardly Talk to telling them im a thief and shit and im like WTF the day hasn't even ended talklesss about the rude staff with the name calling , what's the essence of having a guarantor if they are going to embarrass us this is in human funny enough i have taken Loans about 5 times and always paid before the due date its just crazy that they would do that

If you would join me Guys let's go to playstore and give them 1stars they app should be taken down that way

One would mostly find those 32 bit kind with that nature. My hands right now are begging to code but unfortunately, my laptop has been unresponsive. Several times, it's taken drips like that from my computer engr. Right now, I don't think I want want to give it a comeback but get it sold off.

Since I have some spare time now due to the nature of my business, I decided to learn web development again last month.

This time, I watched videos on HTML and practised along with the tutors and I can say that I am well grounded in HTML now.

I dedicated 3 weeks in October for HTML with a lot of practice.

On November 1st, I switched to CSS and it has been a great learning experience.

I think watching videos and practicing a lot helps more than just reading books or watching videos withput practice.

I plan to build my first project with just HTML and CSS to test my abilities.

Recommendations, motivation, and valuable criticism are welcomed.

Also, special thanks to tensazangetsu20. The dude really motivates me.

PS: I am starting this journey at my early 30s.

I agree with you on that . If you can collect the loan, then fulfill your part of the agreement .

However , the part I hate is the calling of contacts . It is a stupid , mafia-like shakedown . I have never taken their loans but I have been harassed because a vendor that I bought things from and exchanged numbers for future transactions got a loan and I started getting harassed for someone I barely know.
For heavens sake I have only met this person twice a sales event .
The part that got to me was when I got a call and I picked , there was a guy at the other end who sounded like a tout telling me that if I like myself I should tell the lady to pay up else my credit-worthiness in banks and financial institutions will be flagged .
God saved him that He quickly cut the call when he finished .

See all this loan company are fraudulent companies. They have bad Intention towards customers. Do you know that most of the loan company don't have contact where u call if you have challenges,they can call you but you can't call the number back.

There was a time a friend of mind collect loan and have difficulty to pay, he try to reach them, no way untill they send messages to all his contact that he's a criminal. If they are doing the good business, they should have contact where thier customers can locate incase of any issues. There is a way to deal with them Sha.

So straight to the point. Please I need your advice about two things.

1. I just got my inheritance and I got cash of 8M and there's this popular belief of people squandering their inheritance,I don't want that to be my portion so which business can I invest it into. For context, I currently have a job and I'm not ready to quit so please put that into consideration.

2. My younger brother is still a student so he has asked me to save his portion of 6M in bank until he graduates but I don't think that's a good idea. I would rather he put it in some form of secure investment that will be yielding something. Kindly give us suggestions.
