blackpanda:
If Buhari is only supporting farmers on the pages of newspaper then how are they able to produce so much that they can exporthuh
And if u dont sell your crops locally because u want quick cash, you will still end up spending all that cash when the cost of goods and service skyrocket. Its simple logic. Money is good, but not at the expense of your country!
I think we should stop discussing the internal happenings of Nigeria with people too far from Nigeria.

Free Market.

How do you expect me to invest so much in my farm without any government input or intervention and be compel to sell locally?

Farmers are free to sell their produce in any market where they can maximize their profit.

Buhary administration is only supporting Farmers on the pages of newspapers and media.

In respective of how will look at it, keeping Dasuki and Kanu for so long without granting them bail or speeding up their trial is morally and legally wrong. Let us put politics apart be sincere with ourselves. History will not be kind to people like professor Itse Sagay who refused to speak up against this tyranny of justice The world is beginning to doubt if PMB is truly a repentant democrat..
A tyrant is a tyrant, nothing can change a born tyrant.

Unfortunately, some unrecognized elements are hailing the tyrannical act. What a shame on common sense.

op is just biased... this post istotally misleading, thats just one street(government house road) and kwara hotels, its all on one street, and that street is the best road network in illorin, the bridge is post office bridge, the only overhead bridge in illorin, what about other places like pakata, asa dam, olorunshogo, geri alimi and d rest, hows the road there? op pls say the truth and it shall set you free
Apart from the road leading to the government house from Challenge through KH, the only good road in Ilorin is between GeriAlimi roundabout through the International Airport and out of the state through Eiyenkorin joining the federal road leading to Ogbomosho. The Ilorin Ogbomosho too is becoming another eyesore.

On what grounds are you making the economy recovery? Is it on oil ? The crude price has experience global price downturn with no strong recovery in sight.

“If you want to fight corruption, should it be with Jonathan alone? Is Jonathan the originator of corruption in Nigeria? Corruption has been in Nigeria before now.

And if people are to be probed, like what happened in Ghana, all the former Heads of State should be probed. If they want to probe corruption, it should start from Shagari’s time. Nobody is an angel.”

“Buhary, If you are fighting corruption, make it universal. If it is universal and you are dealing with Mr. B according to how you are dealing with Mr. A, nobody will complain"

PoliticsRe: Boko Haram Used Chibok Ransom To Buy Powerful Weapons – Military Sources (Punch) by Firefire(m): 5:11am On Nov 12, 2016
Summary:

The military sources said Boko Haram did not release the girls without getting anything in return and that the Federal Government (Under Buhary) indeed paid a ransom and released some of the group’s strategists that were detained (by Jonathan).

One of the sources said it was sad that the same government that was initially seen as tough enough to end insurgency in the country failed to negotiate with Boko Haram from a position of strength.

“It is unfortunate that in government’s desperation to secure the release of the Chibok girls, it has put our (soldiers’) lives in danger by yielding to the demands of the group to collect a ransom and secure the release of its commanders.

“It is now obvious that the group has reinforced and bought more weapons to fight us.”

According to another source, left to the military, the ransom and the exchange of Boko Haram members for Chibok girls would not have taken place" - Punch

RIP to all our gallant soldiers, may your blood be upon this administration.

May all the supporters of this vampires and those who authorized the secret release of Boko Haram terrorist never find peace in this life and in the life to come.

PoliticsRe: Sule, A Soldier Killed By Boko Haram In Maiduguri Yesterday(P by Firefire(m): 2:12pm On Nov 10, 2016
AreaFada2:
(1)The mercenaries that were helping push Boko have been asked to leave by Buhari. They came with their own sophisticated weapons & knew how to fight at night, thereby surprising Boko.

(2) No new weapons have been bought. Those delivered around two years ago are either fast wearing out or new parts not delivered.

(3) We have only one proper tank brigade, that of T-72 or so, led bylate Lt. Col. Mohammed, just buried few days back. Because the tanks were so effective, he has been moved from place to place to push areas of high Boko activities. Meaning, he would have to leave some jobs unfinished and move on. So Boko has time to regroup again. Why was no other brigade set up with similar T-72 like the late Col.'s over the past 18 months?
(4) Co-operation with neighbouring countries has gone down. Pushing Boko from all sides was crucial previously. But why not anymore? I do not know.

(5) The war terrain is fairly dry now. So Boko boys can move more swiftly to hit our soldiers and disappear since they understand the terrain better.
The above are facts confirmed by soldiers at the front.

Now my conspiracy theory in addition is that the senior Boko boys released weeks back in exchange for Chibok girs probably have some intel about our armed forces leaked to them in detention. They have sympathisers within the ranks of our security services. Even America said that before. They seemed to have taken the intel back to re-enforce and harm our gallant officers.
APC through Lie Mohammed politicized the Boko Haram issue, unfortunately they are now in power and yet clueless on how to address the issue.

Buhary promised just 2 months to defeat the terrorist, yet no sign of victory despite moving the military command to Maiduguri.

Shall we keep quite and continue to lose our brave men daily to a needless internal war ?

Shall we continue to look away when our soldiers are been killed daily by a set of blood thirsty vampires brought about through the fallout of brainless jihadi ideology and lack of formal education?

It's high time Buhary resigned and give room to a competent hand to rule this country. angry
