The app in question is not from Whatsapp. It is a third party app. And its main and only function is to notify you of new whatsapp version.

Their updates are rolled out in batches. Everyone doesn't get d updates at the same time, most times a couple of days or weeks interval even though it's on d same playstore.

W4 is not a bad suggestion for that price, it was released sometimes in April this year, powered by 2500maH battery and it's inbuilt. Got one last month for 27k.

You really have to approach things with caution. What makes her trusted? Licence is not up to that. You can search online. And whatever the case, make sure you go to their office to get your picture captured. I did mine about a year ago in Abuja for just 10k (renewal) and 15k for new one.

In all the things listed, I can't find any that is geared towards export or generating foreign exchange. Then why is she making use of sub-national government instead of state govt? Power, transport and house could these be the only things that generate revenue? What happened to agriculture and the numerous natural resources we have in abundance?

Good question and impressive responses. I'm glad Nigerians are their brother's keepers. For me I don't think its necessary to include referees, especially when you don't know who is requesting for the CV, moreso when constructing my CV I downloaded CV app from playstore with a little research online. And in most cases referees were left out (available upon request). One has to be security conscious even in the search for survival.
