This is what I was telling someone. We can't expect the same results from US army from NA when those two are lightyears apart in funding.

Firstly,its a forum anybody can reply anybody.
'Sitting on the head' is usually used on erring cadets.its a form of punishment.in terms of training of cadets,the academy is doing well on conventional warfare training,but we still have a lot to do.our problem seems to be COIN training.it seems we haven't fully adapt to it and no thanks to fifth columnists.

The pusihment seems a bit too extreme. I tried it once and couldn't balance.
They should get better quick cause I intend to join the army as a medic (doctor) but that training made me change mind to just chill with doing morning ward rounds than morning drill rounds
