Fatgurl: Seriously?are y'all dat desperate...hahaha...so watcha gonna tel ur children "I met ur daddy/mummy on a social ntwrk"?...dats mesd updespirate? No. Its just that most persons have never seen a birthday mate. Moreover, wanting to be friends does not necessarily translate to marriage. If it comes ok. If it doesnt, no wahala. Friends could remain friends for the fun of it. I for one wanna have friends across naija. If its ok with u for us to be friends, i would appreciate that. *winks* |
YuzedoII: CRAPTASTIC LOAD OF CROC!lol. U really got me laughing @ pot of bullshit |
mariannlove: y e dey pain you lyk dis? U don fal victim b4? Thats the power of a woman for u!see u. Now u dey talk "thats the power of a woman for u" tomorrow if them break the girl heart u go say boys are wicked, heartless, cheat even call them playerz join. Forgetting the fact that some of them(boys) may just be conforming and playing along in the game put forward by the gluttons who only think of their stomach and what they would derive from the boys. @OP, bad as it may. It sometimes pay-off for some folks. They refer to it as 'behaving like a mugu to the girl who feels she is the smartest girl in town' n before u know it they(boys) hit the disney land and show their true selves. Letting her know he is not a mugu as she thought. Well, to me which ever way that works for u is cool. I for one wouldnt go up to that extent but i respect their(other boys') format. Especially those it pays off for. |
dmcdad: You are right anywayz... And like someone rightly said, they tend to be more materialistic than realistic... I think that defines why most remain unmarried at such age...Good point. But i beg to differ slightly. It is a fact that most ladies who are willing to 'marry' (cos not all single ladies desire to get married though majority do)remain singles @ that age because they are materialistic rather than being realistic. Yet,lets not see that as the only reason( thus aportioning all the blame on them). There are good realistic girls @ that age who are yet unmarried. Not because they are materialistic but because they met boys(playerz) who would rather want to see them as a pawn in their 'game of love' as such chop, clean mouth and tell them bye-bye. In this case u see that the blame would not be the girl's. Please lets not always forget some of these materialistic girls and seemingly unfaithful boys are a product of their past experience( especially their first relationship). It is well known that when a good girl goes bad its very difficult to get her back-rehabilitate her to her initial morally upright state. So lets try to recognize the fact that there a series of reasons that could lead to a girl being single @ 30. We pointing fingers 'may' even be the reason why our ex is not yet married @ a ripe age of marriage. All wounds are not physical we also have psychological wounds which even poses more danger than the physical ones in oue lives. I may be wrong, correct me please where necessary. |
Fatgurl: 27th September proudlywow! Excited to have a birthday mate. I would like to know u more.Could we exchange messages via email? Yes, mine is fistonme@yahoo.com, my num. Is 08038537664 |
peleson: Which political party is united enough? Nonei respect ur thought but i beg to differ. What we pray for is the success of our democracy. This could also be achieved by praying for the destruction of undemocratic institutions like the PDP that has directly or indirectly stood as a clog in the wheel of progress of democracy in nigeria. Other parties may be undemocratic too as u mentioned but for now,the thorn on the flesh of the 'supposed entity' called nigeria is PDP. Hence, without any reservation i join hands with those who have prayed and those still fervently praying for the implosion of the PDP. Though with good intentions as a citizen of this great nation, Nigeria. May our prayers be answered by the God or gods we all identify with. Amen!! |
I just believe lola is only trying to pass-on a message to her fans and the public at large. Which is, "please never mind if you hear very soon that i, Lola, is getting married to a MARRIED MAN oh... And its not my fault Its just that all the single guys that have come my way are not ready to settle down with me. They rather want to chop, clean mouth and tell me bye bye" |
Maduale:U r getting the person u quoted as touching this message wrong. He is really not commending the minister of education. Rather he is mocking him as a man feeding on egunje. |
Maduale: These ACN goons are just so funnyThe truth be told, this is mere jamboree. The states really do not need the so called good governance tour( even NTA) before they can showcase their good works because we need not tell a blind man it is raining. I am from edo state and have already heard about the good works been carried out by the governors of akwa ibom and lagos state even without the good governance tour coming to tell me. Indeed nobody needs to come from ouside and tell me that there is a party already going on in my house especially when i am in the house. If there is need for such move i will indeed suggest the state governors fund their individual state ministry of information to create the awareness so as to enlighten the people of the state in the diaspora about activities of government at home(though i see no reason for that cos majority of signals from our local tv stations are not on satellite with exception to NTA). In recent times i have heard many of my friends from Abia state and delta state complain of the poor performance of their governors. But i bet u when the so called good governance tour gets to these states all u will see is the false and unwholesome commendation of the governors by the minister for a work welldone and for working hard to give the people of their respective states the dividends of democracy. If the federal ministry really intend to showcase any form of good governance, let them start by showing us the federal goverment projects completed and ongoing in the various states. Then and only then i would disagree with the premise put forward by the ACN and treat as trivial and unfounded as u suppose. Yet u and i know that they would not do that, not because they do not have the financial ability to do that, but because they really do not have much Fed gov project to showcase and hence nothing is truely Good in the Good governance tour. Sometimes as individuals i would suggest we look beyond the messenger so as to rationally review and edify our minds with the message he or she carry. |
Sincere 9gerian: "seven-point cardinal development initiative to provide qualitative education, uninterrupted power supply, full and gainful employment, affordable local fuel, healthcare and food....also take definite steps to eradicate corruption and insecurity"...APCi like ur subtle manner and constructive critism. True talk. If only they can see this and respond to it. I would have been wiser than ur post just made me |
solelymade: In as much as dis APC people are constituted by maligned pdp chieftain never to be trusted, there are 2 things i will do:voter's apathy will do us no good bro. I want to believe that come 2015 aside APC and the PDP, other registered parties would present credible candidates from which we all can make our choice. |
Mad Cow: (I guess this is number one.)diversify the country's economy and pursue the seven-point cardinal development initiative to;Lol. Funny assumption...Nigerians are smart if only we could do it constructively. My bro u too funny |
spywareczar: APC: muslims party or what?until we shove away from our minds religious sentiments, we as a country will continue to take one step foward and three steps backward. In as much as we have our individual believes and religious affiliations(which we have a right to), we should never judge people based on their religious affiliation rather by what they can and are willing to do. Lets quickly take the likes of peter odilli, lucky igbinedion, onanefe ibori who we know as 'christians' versus babatunde fashola( please pardon my inability to name more cos i am from the southern state of nigeria precisely Edo state and do not really know much about the northern states and have no report on their governors ) whom we kno as a muslim. We could say that "individuals personae can and should not be jugded rightly based on their religious affiliations cos just as we have immoral and poorly disciplined muslims so we also have immoral and poorly disciplined christians. That is to say there are good, bad and ugly people in either religion(even every religion). In nigeria we tend to be politically mature yet not politically sound. lets quickly take our minds back to the time of SDP and NRC, when nigerians en mass voted for M.K.O and his running mates despite the fact that they were both muslims. Putting away religion and ethnic sentiment. Yet today, we have held on tenaciously to religious sentiments and ethnicity(the new gifts from our currupt politicians) which has only worked to our overall detriment while they reap bountifully from it. If only as nigerians we would appreciate the fact that we were first humans before we became either christians, muslim or pagans. No wonder in the christiandome we are always admonished by our pastors that irrespective of the fact that our parents may be bishops, pastors we yet still need to confess jesus as our personal lord and savoir(to be born again) before we can be sure of a ticket to heaven. Lest i forget i am a christian. |
PapaBrowne: I didn't see the seven point agenda.i like ur analysis as stated above. But lets start by asking ourselves, why did Audu ogbe live the PDP in the first place? I dare say, he left because of ideological conflict between him and then president, Olusegun obasanjo. Same ideology that is still been exibited by majority of PDP members till tomorrow. So i blive chief audu ogbe deserves a chance to showcase his ideologies and belive |
Afam4eva: Btw, is it the duty of APC to determine what whoever is elected should do. Shouldn't this be left for the candidate himself?u are technically correct bro. But it is only natural for goals to be stated in evry manifesto of a party. Though evry candidate with a good heart could go on and do much more than is stated in the manifesto but he or she shouldnt do less than what is stated in the party's manifesto. In nigeria our legal system has interpreted it that electorates votes for party and not individuals(taking the legal outcome of the case btween gov. Amaechi and ex. Gov. Celestian omehia both of rivers state). We may want to argue that in the case of president jonathan, majority of the voters cast their vote for him and not his party. But the truth be told he was only used as a 'seemingly' good candidate as it were to sell a bad product(PDP) as it is. Hence, the popular saying during the 2011 elections "i am casting my vote for jonathan and not for the pdp" . How naive we were, forgetting that u may try to take a man out of the street but u 'hardly' can take the street out of the man. |
take dat: Give examples of stable democracies where a party's internal arrangement overrode the constitution! What then is the need for a constitution which should be sacred when a gentlemanly agreement among a selected few can override it? This is not an attempt to exonerate a president whom obviously is not a man of his word!Bro u are really getting things twisted. The bone of contemption is not the legality of whether jonathan can contest again or not. it is about the fact that if truely he agreed to such terms as regards their internal party issue then it is only right for him to give the chance to other members "in the party" to contest come 2015 in line with the agreement, Then he can then go to any other party he likes where he is not bound by such agreement and exercise is constitutional right. But u and i know he wouldnt and would rather choose to void the authenticity of such agreement(if truely made) using legallity as provided by the constitution, since he believe s he has a better chance of winning under the PDP platform. |
Mekusnwa: 10000 likesyoung man are you from nigeria or some where in the west? All u have said so far is theoritical. Hw many times u don fit ask ur governor question in a public forum(with all the security men around him). Maybe u have forgotten the fact that they usually edit such so as to ensure that only what they want u to see would be televised. Did i hear u say it is a live event? Then just know that only their own people will be allowed to come near and ask questions while other persons would be kept far away from the podium so that they will not ask questions all in the name of "security reasons". Lest i forget, there is no need trying to nullify oshiomole's using the election victory party. Try something else |
Elueme: Oshomohle should stop playing a hero and act appropriately. The national good governance tour I learnt was a product of a consensus between the federal executive council and the governor's forum and I am surprised that my Oshomohle is now dancing a different tune even when his argument against the said tour didn't sail through at the forum. Democracy is a game of both number and superior argument and he( Oshomohle) was short of these two virtues when the issue was discussed before the tour was formally endorsed.as much as i respect ur candid opinion. I disagree with ur point. In a situation like this u can hardly get "unadulterated journalism". Like u earlier pointed out it was agreed that the state would host the minister and his delegates which is inclusive of journalist. Dont forget the journalist know that it is "seemingly"wrong to bite the hands that fed u not "to talk of it is wrong to talk while eating". Hence how would u espect rational journalism-INVESTIGATIVE JOURNALISM, from the journalist. From the states the good governance tour have visited, have u heard of any form of critism? Yet we know it is not all rossy in these states. Taking Abia state as a case study. |
Sincere 9gerian: I like governor Oshiomole alot and he's definitely one very popular governor. However, he should watch it because he's beginning to exhibit arrogance and dictatorial tendencies.thanks for acknowlegding ur love for my Governor. But i completely disagree with ur point on counterpart funding using his prior hosting of the national team as a premise to support ur argument. I am with the comrade governor in this, the good governance tour is nothing but a propaganda to BOOST the reputation of president Goodluck jonathan in the guise of showcasing the state and federal goverment projects going on in the various states. All and sundry already know the comrade governor is working and has more work to do and do not need the wasteful good governance tour to to do that(my brother tem dey tell blind man say rain dey fall?). I suggest he use the money he should have used to finance the so called good governance tour to finance other projects in the state in dire need of attention. Do u think it is peanut to host and entertain a minister and his entourage for three days? Not to talk of the so called 'GIFT' that would be given to them in the popular guise to buy fuel as they return home,as if fuel na #1,000,000 per liter. |
Yoshiyuki: Seriously, i thought this was a joke but i feel you need to move on because if you have been chasing this girl for 3 years and haven't gotten her, you are never going to get her. You hold all the aces but you don't know it yet. Focus on your career and make money. Take time to look and smell good. You don't have to have a million dollars to get girls but look like you have it anyway. Forget all the B.S you hear, Ladies are attracted to a man with self confidence not necessarily money. there are so many pretty and intelligent ladies out there and the beauty of being a man is that we are attracted to almost all of them so you can take your pick. There are not only plenty of fish in the ocean, there are crabs, lobster, oysters, prawns, e.t.c take your pick bro.true talk my B!! O boy i like ur orientation...good one there |

Kgdavid: the only reason a girl wuld front is if the guy has not shown her his "i dont really care that much about you" side.this says it all. Young man just pray i win the governorship election in my state come 2016. You wouldnt be bad as a special adviser on women's affairs. |
onila: I just got game...so i take advantage of my game skillsok. Which class? na ss1,ss2 or jss2? Now i understand u and ur preceedence better. Guys i hope we could thread with caution now lets we will be guilty of criticizing a minor who is only undergoing her normal growth and developmental phase as an adolescence without any harm intented(cos she is only exhibiting are level of maturity and exposure). |
Nuzo':I appreciate the sense of decency and maturity in ur response. Please keep it up. We are all here to learn and make public our individual opinion concerning and issue of discourse and not to mudslingde. We could yet make our grieviances known using subtle words rather than opting for ofensive words to express ourselves and emotion to one another |
ba7man: Well i guess the op shouldn't get mad whenever his girlfriend sleeps around b'cos he jus gave her reasons to. I belive the real strength in a woman lies in being able to resist these temptations in loyalty to her man. These types of ladies deserve the world.True talk @ second part of ur premise. Such women deserves the world indeed. |
