Its for maintenance only if you have paid full tuition. But if you have not paid full tuition, you will be expected to show the balance of the tuition and maintenance and both will be calculated based on oanda

I used an American credit card but it didnt go thru called d bank to inform them they said they are not the ones blocking the payment what cards did u guys that hv submitted use

I said it earlier that you should just be patient and you will see the rate drop. Believe me, before friday, the rate will drop to about 400. Be positive.

especially the United States dollar, to scale up
their loan provisions.
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) gave August 5,
2016, as the deadline for all Deposit Money Banks
(DMBs) to increase their provisioning for foreign
currency-denominated loans and related
exposures.
Analysts say it will now be more difficult for
Nigerians to secure foreign exchange as banks
struggle to keep as much dollars as they can in

I got my admission to the university of bridgeport going for technology management in technology development. Waiting on I20. If it comes this will be my fifth time and last time going to the embassy because I believe God so much that I am getting my visa this time. Fregkay, u have a good opportunity to get your visa. Many have testified here and so far we have not witnessed denials. Forget the number of times u have been denied, u can get it. Just go through a couple of interviews and not the key points. You should probably be asked what you are going for, the schools u applied, why u chose the school, why the course, if possible u myt be asked your course modules or your research area, what you will do after studies. just go tru some transcripts

Last year October I applied for to travel to USA with a distance cousin of mine with no close family affiliation,was call to becos he had an accident and needed urgent surgery, but at the end his mum and him where granted the visa while I was denied.

My passport was given to me without any stamp of on it like passport denied according to the agent he said I was lucky not to have been stamp rejected.

Now am abt to apply for a student visa, though am yet to gain admission for a master program, I want the house to assist me with this questions.

1. Is it to early to apply again since the last time it was for a medical tourism and now am going for student visa ( it belly one year)

2. Can 2:74 CGPA give me a chance to do master in USA, am a graduate of physiology.

3. The fact that I applied for medical tourism visa and now applying for a student visa will it not show desperation and thereby causing another rejection.

3. Can my cousins in Canada be my sponsor, since we do not have same surname...He has agreed to give me his statement of account if by chance his needed at the embassy.

4. What are the documents needed at the US embassy for student visa.

Please I need your advice.

First of all, what research have you done so far regarding schools? Have u atleast tried on ur own to check requirements of most schools?
Secondly are you sure you are going for a Masters program with the write ups and seeing here?
Thirdly you were simply denied because you don't seem to have any proof of home tie.

Hello guys, I made my application and had my interview on Friday. Fingers crossed and waiting for a favourable decision. However, I had an observation. The lady that checked in my documents returned the OANDA printout saying it wasn't necessary. I was surprised though but is this same with everyone that has applied too?

Yababoy, please can you give us a breakdown of how the interview went and the questions asked. Please. It will help some who are preparing too. Also kindly give us some observations and important info.

My question is why use an agent in the first place? some of these processes are very easy and straight forward. Any individual agent will just jeopardize one's chance.
Just see if your dad can get some money and just put it into the account then after getting ur visa, he can return the money.

Why can't CBN sell dollars to banks directly the way they have been doing many years ago and If I am not wrong, because the truth of the matter is that CBN are the ones selling to cabals and these cabals will now resell to BDC or commercial banks.

How can CBN just issue a new policy that banks should go and source for the dollars by themselves and have useless reasons why they can't sell to them. Don't you think the new CBN policy is nothing but scamming of the highest order

This is similar to the same policy the FG issued on PMS and we the gullible Nigerian thought is a good policy that will reduce cost of PMS and we started comparing it to telecommunication.

The only prayer we Nigerians should be praying now is that God should waste those leaders wasting the resources of our country Nigeria and not God should bless Nigeria again for now because the blessing he gave to us ever since plenty no be small and our leaders are just wasting it.

This new CBN policy for FX is a scam and most of us never realize at all.. How can CBN tell banks to source for $ themselves and they now sell it at their own price, is it PMS

Our CBN governor will be surprise that after his tenure EFCC will witch hunt him.

Its so annoying and so frustrating. I believe something positive should come out next week. The CBN is just stingy. They simply don't want to release fx into the market, atleast to be able to reduce the scarcity.

I think tha way the point base system works, you are giving 10 point if you have full maintenance and nothing if you don't have sufficient money.

The best way to handle it is if you have another account in your name(even if it was a dormant one) you should use both statement

I think the issue here is the current rate and not really having another account. Even if the person deposits the maintenance in another account,if the rate doesn't favour it then it certainly won't be complete.

Hello Bourne007, I think MrsF can go ahead and print since it has gotten to the 28th hoping that sometime next week, the rate will reduce. Then once it does, she can then pay. Meaning her payment is dependent on the day d rate reduces. That means she should be monitoring cos I believe the home office calculate based on the rate on the date of application.

Don't know about flywire sha but as for Form A, one can make on your behalf but since you won't be around to make the transaction,it must come from the person's account cos he or she will have to sign and also input his or her bvn. All the person needs is your admission letter, your certificate and he or she wl make an application at the bank including filling d form. Hope you also have the bank details of the school. It wl be needed too.
