That is why Pochentino can never make history no matter how good people may perceive him to be. Spurs are the biggest bottlers in football.

Chance for top four is as wide as ocean.
The fact remains spurs have had a very good and infact better season than Arsenal.
Their owners and fans won't see pics as a failure until he has been given money to invest and bring silverware, Spurs fan and football neutrals do not expect spurs in top4 nor in last 4 in Europe, they do not have history nor money to protect.
I understand Arsenal fans do not like spurs, so they can do no right, but I await that year we will get to UCL semifinals and see if Fans won't celebrate that season or not.
There's a reason Utd mad Madrid wanted him.

he's a beast on and off the ball if only he can be ruthless with his finishing.
He had about 10 chances yesterday and scored 2
10 chances ke cheesy though he misses much like his dear friend, I believe he will score more in a better system I.e flanked by quality wingers and quality AM.

Playing beside Auba,he does too much, plays wing, playsAM, supporting striker, striker.. That maybe the reason he looks like jack of all trades, unlike Auba who has mastered positioning for his tap ins.

Lacazette our player of the season... He kinda deserve it though
“If the mark of an elite forward is to make the difference when their team needs it most, then take a quick glance at Laca’s campaign,” the statement reads .

“Goals against Liverpool, Tottenham, Chelsea and Valencia only tell half the story, as do his assists against Manchester United both home and away.

“For while they underline Laca’s status as a big-game player, it is perhaps more telling to look at when the majority of his 18 goals have been scored to understand just how important he has been.

“Of his 18 goals this season, 11 have given us the lead in the match – and we’ve gone on to win 10 of those matches. The outlier was the 1-1 draw with Liverpool at the Emirates in November when his tenacity, composure and clinical finishing sealed a very hard-earned point.”

Introducing our 2018/19 Player of the Season... Alex Lacazette!

It isn't fluke, coincidence nor nonsensical for Arsenal fans world wide to vote him, a very crucial hardworking player, hopefully, he gets the quality wingers and AM around him to get to top he belongs

...Only Carrasco I will take in that list of yours and that itself is a risk. Although, if we can sell Mkhi, we can get him. Having two decent wingers is better than nothing but I think they play the same wing although it seems Fraser can play on both sides. Fraser is EPL proven and won't need to adapt. The same can't be said of any other person coming especially one from a Chinese league. Fraser also has better offensive stats than Jota and the rest and all of our offensive players put together except for our strikers. Seriously, it's no brainer.

...Fraser is the best option now for a cheap winger.
You seem to rate Fraser high, I don't know much about him though, but if he's fast, strong, run forward and troubles defence, then I'm okay.

..... This Fraser rumour is gaining momentum and now he has refused to sign a contract which means Bournemouth have to sell. Fantastic talent but I hope he won't turn out to be a one season wonder. We might just have another Mane on our hands. Not my first choice winger but since he will surely come cheap and considering we have three other important positions to fill in, I will gladly accept it.
Since it is believed we don't have money, we have to turn to players like that.
I would have preferred Diego jota, delefou and carrasco.

And still he is up there with the best scorers in the league. Oga, Auba is the least of our problems now. I am sure you watched Tottenham vs Ajax and you saw the movement in midfield between both teams. Both move the ball and spread the width of the pitch on both wings. Can we play like that? That's the question. Auba misses a lot of chances, it's not new right from his Dortmund days but he also scores a lot. Right now, we need a functional midfield and proper wing players including fullbacks. We are so passed it at this point.
All the "he is up there stat" is papering over the cracks,
His competitors for the golden boot have had far lesser minutes and harder games in europe, yet he's been overtaken on the tally.
He's like the main man the club relies on for goals, Laca and welbeck were like supporting forward for him providing him with all sorts of creativity.
The stat says big chance missed, it's too much and needs to be addressed.
I know he's done well, but he needs to influence games and get more ruthless.

I watched Spurs /Ajax, they are energy personified.

Laca and Auba can shake the world if the setup is right.

Play 4-4-2
The midfield comprising 1 holding DM, a ball playing (box to box) DM and a winger each on both sides.
Baba only the invincibles had that material, to play such you need players who are good,MOBILE, good with the ball and understands their duty.
Also at least one of the strikers upfront must be Henri like in style, I.e ability to drop deep, get the ball, curl it,take everyone on and so on. This present Arsenal team do not have it.
Auba only waits to be spoon fed all day and doesn't do anything special with the ball.
Laca isn't creative enough, get bullied and disposed a lot and can't beat his man.
Modern top teams play LW CF RW.

Heaping the blame on Wenger is a very weak argument to make in my opinion. Wenger has been gone since last year and while the new manager is yet to make any significant transfer, it is his duty to change the mentality of the current squad into the direction he is planning for. If he plans to be ruthless then it would be evident in the current players irrespective of who bought them. Emery will not be judged this season in my eyes, I will wait until next season to make any conclusive argument for or against the man irrespective of what happens in the summer/ winter transfers.
Emery isn't a magician that he will turn this Wenger sexy models into a simeone or klopp's team overnight.
Most of the team constitute of Wenger's boys, and we knew him to be a soft cool manager, Sanchez and other ambitious players left when they couldn't keep up with their low mentality.
Klopp and pep were ruthless and we've seen positive results, get in players who are ready to die for the badge daxxal.
The Wenger team we knew weren't known for shooting from long/short distance, doesn't take opposition on,not dominant and physical enough. He was content with ozil and Giroud's style of play.
Top4 is enough, trophy drought isn't an issue,no aggression from him on the bench and so slow in transfer market.
Emery didn't inherit something good enough.

.....When I said we need to sell Lacazette, my people were arguing with me. What about Iwobi, Xhaka? How can a Leicester midfield boss us from beginning to end? Jesus! 68 - 32 ball possession and yet we have a 100+ striking unit and Vardy had more shots on target than both of them? This is laughable. One of those clowns must leave this season and it must be Lacazette. Miss a glorious chance and then feign injury.... useless coward. 7 away goals for a 50m player. A player only marginally better than Giroud for 50m? Nonsense.

...Look at Madison for God sake. What do our scouts do? Instead we have a player that has zero mobility yet our fans will lambast Guendouzi when Xhaka is one of the worst midfielders that has ever worn the Arsenal jersey. I will only watch the Europa matches from now on and won't bother next season if we don't discard the useless players in the team. Can't be wasting money on subscription to watch this eyesore.
....Big ups to Leno.
I thought they said Auba&Laca upfront will shake the world? Who players 2 CF together in this century?.
I'm not for selling either rather make them compete and stop Bromance.
Iwobi should be a squad player behind Diego jota,Zaha or Carrasco next year, if no improvement which l feel he will, then we ship him out.
The person who scouted Granit Fuckn Xhaka for us instead of Kante&Wanyama has to be jailed, he should be playing in hot sun somewhere in Qatar.

I disagree with selling Lacazette, I would prefer selling Auba, but he wouldn't yield enough money because of age constraints.

I say we keep our two strikers, These are what we need to do in selling and exit aspect.

1. Sell Ozil (terminate his contract and release as free agent if we can, too erratic, injury prone, not deserving of his weekly wages)

2. Sell Mkhitaryan,he is useless.

3. Sell Iwobi (Maybe we can use him to lure Palace to sell Zaha to us, with Iwobi moving in the opposite direction by offering Iwobi plus cash to Palace )

4.Sell Mustafi ( Good defender who gets his good work undone by constant moments of madness)

5. Sell Jenkinson ( below average player who had shown to be incapable of improving anymore than his current level)

6. Sell Elneny ( Average player who is not EPL quality)

7. Sell Kolasinac ( Injury prone and cannot play in 4 man defense set up)

8 . Offer Monreal one year contract while we get a new LB, with Monreal as a back up.

9.Release Ospina, Cech(retiring), Lichsteiner, Ramsey, Welbeck (decent back up but too injury prone and is getting older, so the injuries would only get worst)

10. Offer Koscielny new 1 year contract with performance and fitness bonus as incentive. Get a new CB and use Koscielny sparingly .
Laca is among the last of the few players I'll sell,he's got heart, fighting spirit and strength, doesn't hide in most big games and moments. His goals against the big sides are good proofs (Chelsea, utd,Liverpool, city spurs, Atlectico,Napoli)
Auba gives you goals while Lacazzete wins you points, he is this Firmino type of striker, he contributes to the team goals scored.
He's either assisting, creating chances, pre assisting, scoring, winning you penalties and free kicks.
With quality wingers and AM, Auba will score loads of goals, but with Laca everyone around him can score the same no as his.
I agree with the rest of your points especially 8,9&10 except 3, Iwobi can be a good squad understudy player behind Zaha.

We just have to hope on emery to take us to that height. Personally, I feel he can...just that with Wenger's player mentality, it might be difficult for him. He tried drilling it to them, but now I think they've lost steam. Watch Tottenham home and away, Liverpool home and Chelsea, and to some extent man city away, we really fought at those matches. No matter how they slate guen, I still believe he's more better than mkhi in terms of impact as guen can never be lost in a game, tho immaturity and oversabi dey kill am. Since he's young, I believe he'll improve and become an exceptional player for us in years to come. We need fighters and very good players in our team. Our scout needs to work very well. All these Pepe, diogo jota, can't we get them before they become known? Like The way we got torreira, it'll save us money. We don't need to necessarily spend big cash. Let's get unknown good talents that are fighters, and we're good to go.
I also feel he can, his team at Sevilla was quality, hard working and technical.I want to see him bring his players before I conclude.
He might tried to drill the boys, but they don't have the energy to do it a whole year.
Guen started as someone who's got heart, takes risk and ready to Man the team, but seems to have been infected by his seniors with fearfulness and laziness, only if had quality leaders to build him up. Forgot how Bellerin,Iwobi and Chambers started? Now fans want them out.No leaders!
I hope Emery and scouts can be and bring those unpopular good players before they get too expensive.

I saw him against barca and felt the same to,(squad player)
Maybe Carzola didn't have the legs anymore for English football anymore, BPL is too tough, rough, physical and demanding, we get kicked a lot and we don't get protected by Referees.

Elneny wasn't this bad last season, I think Emery rusted him a lot on bench, though he's average and should be sold, but he has been a very good squad player.

His situation isn't that hard to address for 5€ from Basel, he could be sold easily, unlike the liability in Mustafi&Xhaka.(70£).

How do we get such players with our stingy owner without qualifying for the champions League and selling available players that are surplus to requirements? It's the only way but we have to get back to the champions League; it's the first step to our rebuild.

Next time spurs are playing, Observe the following: Rose, vetroghen,Alderweirld,Sissoko,Wanyama to mention a few, they play with heart, and should they lose a game, their opposition must have done an hectic job.
I hope we get back to UCL, so we can attract good players, we may not necessarily invest largely like city, Emery can do Klopp and poch's style by getting players like Zaha,Tarkoswki,Knockert, deloifou,Docoure,Carrasco, etc.

Well, we all knew that this game was unwinnable with our current squad from the beginning, which was why we were supposed to prioritise the Crystal palace game and gamble on this particular game.
Had we won the Palace game, the outcome of this match would have been irrelevant as we would still be 2 points ahead of Chelsea in the top 4 race.

There are outcome defining moments in a season. The palace madness selection was that moment for Emery and Arsenal. Emery arrogance ruined it all for us this season.
Now our fate is no longer in our hands. We need United to at least draw Chelsea come week end, and for us to win away at Leceister to seize control of our top four fate again.

What are the chances of Arsenal getting trashed again by Leceister and Vardy in the weekend?
I would say very pretty high!

Emery brought this to himself and to the club. Now what was the point of resting those players against Palace only to lose today? Pointless! Thank you Emery, the low budget Wenger.

.Lol ...Look at Xhaka fuming that he couldn't play on Sunday and the nonsense he put out today. Kai, this is where we will miss Ramsey. No single person carried the ball into the middle, we kept doing the same thing and hugging the line instead of spreading play. We barely created anything until Nketiah of all people came in.

....The wolves team knew what they wanted to do but we had no idea of what we were doing. No identify or style of football at present. The entire team should be ashamed of themselves.

....Now I know why Emery keeps using a back three because he knows our defence is nonsense. I hate blaming Wenger but this is 75% his team and it's an eyesore. Outplayed by wolves and we want to in the champions League. We are jokers.
Start Xhaka, start Xhaka, like say he is some Generator.
I hope you enjoyed the pass me I pass you football? cheesy
