You can get the email of the Nigerian embassy in the US and write to them and i know they will respond but it is good you use a lawyer so they will know it’s not a child’s play..

Many people here, including myself, sent money to his PayPal account, but he hasn't paid us since then. He has been coming online but he intentionally ignore people's messages, both here on nairaland and whatsapp. It had been up to 8 weeks since he stopped replying people's messages, though he had been coming online.

I think it is time he is added to the list of scammers so that others won't fall into his trap on nairaland again.
