Hello house, please i have a very important question, i would need your assistance in answering.

I have been issued a visa to start this february 2021. I intend to defer my admission to September 2021. Due to some urgent personal challenges. I am aware i cant use the visa and would have to re-apply by september 2021. My questions is this ,would the IHS fee i paid be refunded. Or would i have to pay another IHS fee with my application in september 2021.

Pls assist ....

I have a friend who intend to apply but the issues is that is middle name and first name are both swapped on his international passport. For example in the passport the name is James junior John, on his certificate its James John Junior. Every other detail is same. Please would this be an issue if he goes ahead and apply for his visa?

Need urgent help from people with similar experience.

If I withdraw like 2 million from my account and convert it to pounds. To be carried along with me, as I travel.Would it portend a problem at immigration??since my account balance then would be less than the required funds for leaving expenses. Please help oooooooo

1. For an applicant who is counting 28 days on his/her parent’s account is it necessary that transactions happen on the account during the 28 day period?

2. Must there be withdrawals and deposits during the 28 day period?

3. What if there are no withdrawals and deposits and the total required funds is in surplus does it in anyway affect chances of getting a the Tier 4 visa?

In my application I stated that I have a family in the UK. But I also stated I would be renting a place to stay. I ticked I would not be staying with family. If I decide to stay with the family I stated on my application, for my quarantine, would this be an issue? Any advise from someone with same experience would be appreciated.

I booked return 245k just two days ago BA. Keep checking the portal the price fluctuates.I actually pain 400k only to see 245k after 1 hour. I cancelled and rebooked.

Hello everyone.

I am asking for a friend. She had applied for UK visit visa previously but was refused and she stated she has a sister in the UK.
Now, she has applied for tier 4 visa and while filling her form, the agent didn't state she has a sister in the UK.
She has done her biometrics already and the 15th working day will be within next week.
She is confused on what to do to avoid a refusal based on misinterpretation. She wants to know if she should send a mail to UKVI to explain things or should she just leave it that way.

Pls gurus help out.

This is quite tight. Guess you are left with 3 options!

(1) Send and email to them using ur application number as a reference stating the omission on ur part. This makes ur application complex.
(2) Be positive and wait. You risk been rejected
(3) Cancel your application.. Though with this u loose ur visa application fee.

As you can see there is no easy choice but u must pick one.

I started my classes August 1st Online, so it would have been very disatrous if it did not go well, since my school clearly stated there would be no full refund.

I had previously been rejected UK visit visa (4 Times),Canada Visit Visa (Once),US Student Visa (3 Times), making a total of 8 refusals. I declared all rejections in my application.

My tuberculosis certificate was only two days from the expiry date when i submitted online.

I requested a new transcript to upload online with my other documents, it arrived two days to my biometric.I was scared cause the date of issued on the transcript was showing a date after my online submission.

I thank God it all ended praise. So filled with joy.

Am so so happy right now.

In the past parents beg their kids to stay back, now they are happy when u leaving . Sad...

Indeed "There was a country". .

What date did you apply? Also how did you state you got it from dad, was it during the phone interview? Lastly, what’s the percentage of schools fees you have already paid.

Most often times the placement is within 4-6 months. Yes, Two year master would be eligible for post study.

Has anyone in the house who had already started classes online prior to biometric/interview gotten a non straightforward email?

I think they have started i did mine sept 1 and it moved to transferred to VAC yesterday. No non straight forward email.. Be hopeful

The silence of applicants from 1st to 4th September is crazy. Please they should attend to us ooo. Just scared because of pending labor strike and ranging possibility of a 2nd lockdown in the UK.

What was stated on the CAS? You are to upload what the school stated on the CAS which in most cases is what you used in obtaining an offer.

Thanks for your response. Whats stated on CAS is transcript from the school. So I guess it's fine. Since it's a genuine transcript from the school. Fingers crossed.

Why did he upload a transcript when he did not use it to gain admission?

It was used for admission. Uploaded the old copy for admission. But he requested for a new one because it was the student copy he used for admission purposes. He graduated since 2012

Just asking for a friend. He submitted online on the 7th September, 2020. His transcript was issued on the 15th September 2020 by the school . Uploaded documents on the 16th September 2020. And did is biometrics on the 18th. Would the fact that his transcript carries a date after online application submission be an issue??

He used the student copy for getting the admission. But that does not carry the school stamps. So he requested for an official copy to use with his application. He graduated since 2012.
