I looked in the mirror today and I cried.
I’m just feeling so down at the moment I don’t know if it’s hormones but I’m just feeling so out of it, like I just can’t recognise the human being in front of me. I know I should be grateful for this blessing but I feel I’m losing myself in the process. My face has become so much darker than the rest of my body, I’m adding weight at an extreme pace, I don’t want to go out anymore I don’t feel good in anything I wear. My lips are constantly peeling then I have all these dark spots on my face from the acne I had from the first trimester. I don’t have the energy to be myself, to do normal things, I’m just moody most of the time. I’m just thinking out loud though , and I hope I can feel better about myself as I continue this pregnancy. I’m not ungrateful.

Hugs maami, don't look at the negative side but at the positive side.
That's why it's called hormonal changes during pregnancy, some are lucky not to experience anything.
I also felt like that when I was pregnant with my first especially after weaning her off breast milk, I had stretch marks and my boobs was soft like a beaten breast with no muscle. I was ashamed of my boobs, I cried anytime I'm bathing, even wore bra in the oza room and banned oga from touching it , you can imagine someone wey kukuma no get big boobs na, flat na understatement jare. But I finally gave myself sense, this is the same blessing some are praying day and night for, to nurse a baby and I'm here crying cos of fallen boobs, I should be happy that at least I have no stretch marks on my tummy neither did I add.

I still did EBF for my second with the boobs and he's still suckling o, I wonder how it'll be when I wean him. Shaa, bra dey. So just accept all the pregnancy package in good fate my dear. It'll surely end in praise and I'm Wishing you H&H bumping.

Remember, if symptoms persist visit a doc. Look for another optometrist and get her eyes checked.

Is not as if mama's don't want to answer you but eyes are very sensitive part of the body and the best you can do is to see an optometrist or an ophthalmologist. You can check clinix(that's where I use)

Hello great family, please I need a solution for my daughters watery eye. Most times, sometimes, tears drops from her eyes.
It's over a year now and she's just 3.
We've bn to hospitals and they said it's infection and gave us "Normal saline infusion Bp" which we use in cleaning her eyes.
Normally she always wake up with eyes filled with pus but that one is gone.
The main problem is now the watery eyes.
Please great mama's should come to my rescue by suggestions on what to do biko.

Speaking of Silverbird. I recently went somewhere to see a new born baby, and then a group of older women came to see the baby too and as soon as they arrived, they declared that the baby was underweight then advised the mum to get silverbird oil and start applying it the baby's soft spot everyday to increase her appetite.

I don't know which mother manufactures all this advice from the pit of hell and then makes it trend. Biko silverbird oil is way to conc for anybody's skin. It would probably burn my skin if i tried it. A mama here once wrote that she was advised to do the same thing and she ended up giving her newborn baby a serious burn on her head.
Hearing the advice again made me realize it might now be trending practice.

Biko poverty and frustration makes people do a lot of questionable things to their babies, which they then try to pass off as cool. Eucalyptus oil should not be put anywhere around your baby's skin, don't mix it with your baby's cream, don't give your baby a drop to swallow. It is not palm kernel oil .

Finally, if you have a new born baby, you owe it to him/her .

Thank you for this. That's how my SIL told me that her Dd has ntị wa ịsị, I told her I've never heard of that and there's nothing like that. She went to hospital, they told her the same. When I went to visit her, I asked her about it, she told me a nurse gave her silverbird to use on her forehead that she did and now it has closed. I told her have you applied it on your skin, do you know it's harsh? I can't even use it for steam inhalation ni. She was like Ohhhh, no wonder my baby was always crying anytime I use it on her, I even finished it.
I told you there's nothing like that, hospital chased you back, you still went to see nurse mgbenga.
I was even telling her to wear firm bra, MIL told her to wear nursing bra that firm bra will give her breast cancer cos of the breastmilk. I shaa just left them cos it come be like tug of war with MIL.

My baby uses molfix diapers. He has been using size 5 for sometime now. I buy the gigapack at a wholesalers shop close to my office for N4100 . It is sold for N4200 or N4300 in other supermarkets.
So last week, my hubby went to next cash and carry and bought molfix pampers for baby. When it was opened, I noticed it is different from the pampers we used to buy. It is same size 5, but the drawing on the pampers is different. I noticed this pampers is more absorbent than the normal molfix I used to buy. With the other pampers, I change his Pampers at least once at night. It must be changed by 3am, latest 4am or it will be full and start leaking , making me to change my boys cloth, but with this new molfix, my baby stays dry all through the night. I only change it in the morning.

Now my question is, does it mean molfix sells a lower standard of molfix to Nigerian market?

Are you talking about molfix or pampers? If is molfix please attach pictures of the diaper and pack too cos the one my son use always gets full easily.

He can take it after 3days as far as is still in the same month. I think is only vit A that's administered.
