Nice job you're doing here. On my own part, I'm still looking for something good/innovative that can work in Nigeria, specifically PH. Most of the "big" ideas I have aren't feasible in this economy...although they can become with huge money influx. But that would bring in loads of investors, meaning more pressure/unrealistic expectations...coupled with too many cooks stiring the soup.

For one, this is a country road. A road linking villages and a lot of times won't have drainage for the most part except select locations identified for flash floods.
Secondly, you only saw a section of the road and you are ranting about interchanges, direction boards, streetlights. Really? A road linking communities and you are talking about interchanges and streetlights?
