With your year 1 transcript and WAEC, you can get admission. Most undergraduate degrees require German language or student kollege.
However, this is not the thread for all that as the op already made clear from the beginning.

UK is one of the leading country in Europe so therefore, for the fact that they will opened by 28 July,it will also trigger many European embassies in Nigeria to resume too since one of the biggy Nigerian travel destination in Europe has opened, others will consider doing the same.
