I will attribute strives between sibings to the following:

1. Bad Parenting / poor parenting: Bad parenting in the sense that bad tree cannot bring good fruits. What dwells in the parent. I noticed something about the children I gave birth to, they are very agressive even at their very very tender age, like 2-4months old. This signaled to me that they're taking after me in that direction and even in some other ways.
Poor parenting in the sense that many parents are not even updating themselves to nurture and monitor the children, careless speeches, showing preference, etc. Foundation matters in everything. Parent is the foundation of every children. Some of these siblings just love to create problems because of their foolishness. They have these tendencies right from onset but because their parents never bothered to check these excesses, they have become a big menace to the other ones.

2. Difference in upbringing environment: This may be a very important cause if one lives in a better environment than others, that may cause anything in the future if the rest do not have good understanding.

3. Spiritual/Demonic Attacks: This is an important thing we should not overlook. You see the elder ones just being angry with their younger and prosperous ones for flimsy reasons. If the elder ones would not check his/herself properly, the devil will soon use them for the downfall of the younger ones if the younger one is not strong spiritually

its like we have a misconception about what surveillance is all about.

if they too get their lawyer and both of you begin to drag the case, it may not be so fast as some people have said.
especially when they have genuine issues.
what I can advice is that, get a lawyer, who will write and invite them, then the lawyer will advice you whether you have a good case or not.

Personally, I will prefer a situation whereby neither my parent nor my in-laws will live with me in my matrimonial home.

I witnessed a situation whereby a friend who wanted to help his mother had to move his own family to the uncompleted house his mother has, the guy spent fortunes to put the house in order. At first, the mother was appreciative to both her son and his wife, but things soon started going another way when the guy's brother and sister started picking issues with the wife. Even the mother they set to assist gave the wife a high portion of trouble, painting her as a bad wife with all sort of unecessary allegations.

The guy almost went mad because he has spent more than 1.5million naira with the intention that he will live in the house for like 6years before he would move on with his life and his mother will rent out the house and have something to fall back on. to cut the story short, it wasn't funny for the guy's family.

Sometimes, one has to think twice before doing certain things, they're our parents but one has to think of his family as well. If they understanding and will sure peace in your neclear family, go ahead. If not, forget it.
