kindlyheart:Nope. See what u r gonna do. Search on Google for apartment in any Of your choice location. If you are ok and love. Pen down the address. Once you get to Abuja, lodge in a decent or modest hotel. Then from there you can visit the apartment you wish to rent. Engage the tenants in the apartment into conversation and get first hand info About the apartment and also who is the genuine Agent/caretaker.. before you make payment.
