Peter obi invested 26.5 billion naira in foreign bonds ( invested it in 3 banks) ( Access bank, diamond bank and fidelity bank of which he was a former chairman ( conflict of interest)

No wonder he was accused by state citizens of using government funds to finance his businesses.

The aide went further to say that peter obi left 37 Billion in liquid cash. And then 26.5 billion in foreign bonds.

Obiano disagress with peter claim of leaving 37 Billion in cash and 26.5 billion in foreign bonds.

He said, the state government inherited a total contract sum of N185.1 billion as liability from the Obi administration. N9billion cash and N26billion near cash
