So which African country is better than Brazil is regards to living standards or healthcare or education. Healthcare in Brazil is free. Education in Brazil Is free with very high standards. The university of Sao Paulo is amongst the top 100 universities in the world. The university of cape town which is the best in Africa isn't amongst the top 100. Their skin do not see the need to produce melatonin.
