The politicians in Nigeria are the same.

There was nothing magical about how BAT played opposition role under Jonathan's administration. It was just that the government, under Jonathan was extremely weak. That weakness displayed by GEJ catapulted BAT to a state of stardom as opposition leader. Nevertheless, he is a very "good" politician by Nigerian standards. Ditto Wike.

I keep wondering what many Nigerian armed forces are doing in other parts of the country, especially in the south.

The president should deploy all men of the Nigerian armed forces to the north. Most of the soldiers are from the Middle belt. They should be deployed to their states of origin to help secure their states.

Vast swathes of areas in the North are not under any form of government control. Many communities have left and abandoned their communities, which have been overgrown by weeds.

So, it's by blocking a major high way, disturbing motorists that had something important to do. They should head to the government houses and State's secretariat to block the roads. I hate protests that disturbs the masses and inconveniences people. They should take their protests to the door steps of those concerned and not to the masses that have already been traumatised. Come 2027, many will collect money and still return the same politicians or worse to power. I don't take Nigerians protests seriously again. Every protest has been bastadised, abused, tribalised and bought over.

I dont know why people believe that the voting pattern of 2023 would be replicated.

Lots of alliances have been built and lots of voters now have new ideas.

Believe me, Obi may not be able to get the same votes he pulled in 2023 from the SW and SS and even in the NC

Atiku may improve on his 2023 showing in the North but wont make any inroads down South.

As I said, the rigging that will happen in SS is still doing press up.

ADC is weak in SS and should rule out causing any major upset

Police needs total reform and reorganisation for them to be responsive to their duties
