Kudos to Lagos state government. This would provide further clarity and what led to the deaths of the twins. Autopsy is always important to determine the remote causes of death and prevent future occurrences. We need to know if there was a correlation between the vaccines and the death of the babies. |
UK and hypocrisy! Steimer couldn't even use strong words on Trump. Everything to them is about engagements and maintaining the so-called "special relationship". Engagements with someone that doesn't care. He should have said that Europe is ready to defend Greenland at all costs. That would have been more authoritative. Trump's statements did not give room for any ambiguity. He leaves no one in doubt about his intentions. He has said it that he either takes Greenland land through peaceful means or by force. EU should equally said that either they let Greenland go through peaceful negotiations or they hold it by force. The message would have been clearer. I just want to hear one statement from the EU leaders and that statement is: "As a union, we stand in solidarity with the people of Greenland and Denmark and would help to defend any territory of EU at any cost". With this, we know that all options to defend Greenland are on the table. |
Amokachi should enroll for an analyst or pundit training program in England. Despite being a support commentator, he was just yabbing rubbish, sometimes. ![]() Those guys from Nigerian info would have done better. Okocha's own is even worse. |
Sometimes, I see those health workers with aprons, going from houses, schools and churches for immunisations. I never allowed them to administer the vaccines on my kids as I didn't know the state of the vaccines and how they have been preserved. Go to some primary health care centres, they look like abandoned pig farms with dilapidated facilities and outdated storage facilities. It's not just about Lagos, it is nationwide. |
Ayekooto, a BATIST don take style finish ADC. . Most people didn't know it was sarcasm at its peak! He should have put " Edo is gone" in quote, to denote another meaning, altogether. |
Obi and burial sha ![]() He has attended more burials than anyone in living memory |
Fake story. The story lines sold him out. Some Diaporans are fond of using Nigeria and Nigerians to farm social engagements. |
"Low public trust in government". This has been the bane of Nigeria since independence. Sadly, our leaders are not helping matters. You cannot be driving exotic cars and be living a life of flamboyancy and expect the poor masses to be patriotic and pay tax. Fiscal discipline should be enthroned in our government dealings and spending |
As Nigeria be now, people no dey shame to dey do low level jobs, as long as they are going to be paid. Gen Zs are now ready to be Street sweepers, police, cleaners and delivery agents. It's good as well since their is dignity in labour. Once there is an advert from government for recruitment, thousands would apply irrespective of how menial the job may be. |
And Obi was busy asking where the president was ![]() |
Fharahyiola:I don't mind seeing the real life picture of that first one |
Nigeria should soak up pressure and use counter to finish them off. We have players with tremendous pace - give Morocco a false hope of dominance at the early stages but do not allow them to score. As Moroccans confidence and momentum starts building, they would be eager to have the ball within the other half of pitch, specifically within the shooting range in our own half. Then a through ball or a well-laid pass to the upfront attacker would spur the wingers to begins the chase and put the Moroccans on the retun run, with attendant confusion. Leave o!, I be coach ![]() |
Obi shouldn't over estimate himself. Obidients thinks that they are the only ones that would vote in this election. Anything aside Atiku/Obi would be a walkover for BAT |
Always buy your drinks from trusted and well known brands. Some are faking ceeway water now. They are filling the containers in their backyard with untreated borehole water and corking them with water companies' labels like ceeway. I tasted one and knew that this water came straight from borehole and not the normal ceeway water dispenser. |
Oga, please take action and stop warning. If you know them, go after them. Simple! |
Stupidity of the highest order. Hatest of government are busy applauding the ignorance being displayed by the skit maker. The purchasing power of that N106k in Nigeria is far higher than the purchasing power of that 800 Ghana cedis in Ghana. Ghanaian are everywhere in Nigeria, working in hotels and informal sector, sending money to their people in Ghana. Nigerian economy is far more buoyant and resilient than that of Ghana. |
Even the woman resemble cubana chief priest. I am sure someone must have told her that her son looks like CP and she's doing everything to enjoy the fame and attention that comes with it. Her son looks like her, and by extension, like CP. I doubt if CP is the father. The woman is just cashing cruise. The boy looks more like her. |
lightwind:Most Nigerians wont agree with you. I go to Lagos Island to do certain things - on some occasions, I will drop my key and board buses going to CMS Whenever there is traffic warning why I am out of home, I find a safe place to park or park in a client's office that I came and board buses or use Uber. I have come to realize that certain stresses are not worth my life. I will rather let go of certain things than to get myself worked-up unnecessarily |
The speaker, Amaehule, is going to take over till the conduct of the elections. This is the reason why they are impeaching both the governor and the deputy. If that sails through, the speaker takes over. |
Many jewelry and boutique retailers suffered greatly during this holiday Most of them that travelled had their shops looted and burgled. Phones, laptops, gadgets, jewelries and high-end boutique sellers had their shops burgled by thieves. Some of the thieves are neighborhood thieves and may have known the shop owners very well. If you have phone and gadget shops, ensure that the ceiling had protector - I entered one shop and saw how the guy used protector to cover the POP ceiling. In Nigeria, security comes first - most retailers would spend money in getting the best POP design on their ceiling with different lights colors without considering how safe the entire shop is. Spend those POP money to put protectors on the ceiling and safeguard your hard-earned goods |
I thought that with his new ambassadorial position, he would quite this his "Obiphobia" posturing . ![]() The guy went to recharge - his coming "Obiphobia" attacks would be in another level as 2027 draws nearer |
APC is doing everything to ensure that Atiku is not the ADC flag bearer. They prefer Peter Obi, knowing fully well that Obi would be defeated in the polls. They are very good and comfortable in attacking Obi than Atiku. |
Politics is the only high-paying job in Nigeria Politicians are aware of this, and that is why they are also encouraging their children to key into the profession There is no better reward in Nigeria than being a politician |
I do not know why players could be selfish at critical games If your team mate stood a better chance of scoring, why not pass the ball? Osimehn on his side is too disrespectful - certain things are best spoken off the pitch. Tournaments are not opportunity to show case your individual skills It is an opportunity to win laurels for your country. They should not try these selfish behavior at the bigger stage, as the tournament enters a very crucial and decisive stage. |
Winter is always a depressing period for lots of people, especially for the immigrants. Couples that are not in good terms are forced to stay indoors and before you say jack, tempers would flare up. I can't live abroad, where one is meant to remain indoors for longer period. I cherish outdoors a lot |
They will hire Ancelotti ![]() |
Jagaban of "Borgu" should do something about his emirate ![]() I heard that it was this community that named Tinubu, "Jagaban" |
Nigeria and Nigerians should know that this action that was taken by Trump would have far reaching consequences. Trump's desire has been for the OPEC and other oil producing countries to pump more oil into the market and crash the price. For long, US and western democracies have envisaged a world with cheap energy source. Cheap energy spurs growth in western countries but harm the oil producing countries, which are mainly developing countries. In the coming years, when US assumes full control of the oil industry in Venezuela, more oil would be pumped from that country into the international oil market, crashing the price, with attendant consequences for oil-based economies like Nigeria. I forsee a $30/barrel oil price in the next one or two years. Trump was unsuccessful in getting the Saudis to pump more oil to crash the bitting energy costs in the West, which indirectly affects their overall industrial output. As an oil producing country that depends on higher price values to fund its budget, Nigeria and Nigerians should be concerned. The action would definitely have far reaching consequences for third world oil producing countries. |
I like as Tinubu and Tuggar no issue any statement. ![]() He should remain on the fence. |
In Nigeria, anything can happen. I won't be surprised if Bello "wins". Most Nigerian electorates are not informed and can't make good electoral judgement. If Bello puts up an aggressive campaign, there are lots of "structures" on ground that will sell his candidacy to the electorates. |
Trump is just trying to form superman and hype the US. The man, Maduro, voluntarily gave himself up. That was the news from the vice president of Venezuela. Maduro voluntarily surrendered but Trump, in his usual way, is using the word, " captured " as if Maduro was taken after a fierce battle. There was no resistance from the Venezuelan armed forces and Maduro was sold out within his own regime. |
