Arielle: So everyone else gets they cushion they require but the poor masses. Everyone keeps passing their costs down until it gets to the man on the street, who has nowhere to turn. I was only stating the reality on ground. Everyone's gonna be affected in the long run, including the poor masses. This happens when the citizenry choose bad leaders, everyone pays the price for bad choices. |

GloriousGbola: And because of this quality of service has gone completely to shit.
Every call I make breaks half way, I can no longer hear callers clearly and WhatsApp calls keep dropping.

Karleb: The increase will cause a further reduction in revenue for them.
My CEO sold the company to south Africans because the company charged in naira and the expenses are in dollar.
I hope in 2027, those who have businesses will vote wisely. As per the revenue, it is quite early to predict, let's see till the end of Q1 first. Aww. I can imagine. One of my neighbours work at a multinational and the rented office here in Laygurs, they were paying rent in dollars. Lol they recently changed building to a cheaper one that the rent would be paid in naira. Hahahaha 🤣🤣 Karleb, this is funny. You shouldn't be surprised. Nigerians love their oppressors. Tinuboo will complete his 8 years. |

Well....
This increase comes on the back of telecoms companies reporting huge losses in the financial years of 2023 and 2024.
Their business operations were MAJORLY affected by the depreciation of the naira as the equipments used in the base stations and towers are imported, together with the heavy costs from telecoms providers, let's not forget the high cost of diesel used to running these base stations. |

Roland17: I'd advise you to approach it from a positive mindset.
One of my best life experiences was when I served in Afuze (Owan East LG), Edo state. My parents were relentless in trying to convincing me to redeploy because it was Edo and all they have heard, but I refused.
Today, I never fail to show kindness to any Edo person I come across because, my goodness, they showed me a lot of genuine love and took me like their own. Infact, I don't allow anyone speak evil about Edo people near me. Their mothers are the best and they have some of best singing voices I have ever heard. I never paid a dime on market days and the guys, while crazy, were just as kind. I still stay in touch with a few and plan to visit the next time I am in Nigeria.
I guess I am just trying to help you see that beyond the issues, this is a life experience that has the capacity of shaping or reshaping your views about certain aspects of life..
Embrace it! Thank you 😊 for this lovely review. When next you visit Edo, I can be your tour guide. |

GloriousGbola: I have an ex colleague who started a new position with 2m /month last year. And dude has been promoted
Full time employees in mid size oil companies with small seniority are easily pulling down 1m. Most structured companies have likely increased salary in the wake of inflation Nice. Even some renowned NGOs pay their staff mouth watering salaries. And like you said, most of these structured companies do salary review yearly due to inflation. |

Karleb: I deliberatly ignored this comment initially but seeing it again, I don't want to pass at the opportunity of calling that bros a village man again. Lol, I'm so shocked he could say that. There are people even earning N3m monthly, you'd be amazed. |

Nazgul: No company in Nigeria can pay you such amount monthly unless your business is recording a tremendous amount of success or you're earning in USD.
That's the only way you can hit the 1m mark monthly. Lol. There are lot of companies that pay N1m and above in naira. It depends on the role, Naz. |

also that you were not taught having a man is the beginning and end of the world I know right!! |
