Buhari doesn't know anything about where he is. he always wants to be where educated people are gathering. people with degree, MSc, PhD etc. Fayose is better than Buhari, at least he can provide SSCE not a fool with NEPA bill certificate jumping from one place to another.

Ioannes:
what was the intention behind Fayose 's visit to China?

he must have been pained that Buhari did not take him along, so he decided to show off that he too can travel out of the country if he likes.

what he is yet to show us are the developmental programs he has in stock for Ekiti people besides distributing rice and tin tomatoes every festive season.

so Fayose , Mr olumo head, basket mouth 1 of Nigeria, we implore you to stay in your state and do the work you were voted for instead of wasting valuable tax payers' money just to go and pose being an empty podium in another country who doesn't even know you exist.
Mr adviser please tell Buhari the same. he should stay in the country and work for those who voted for him instead of wasting the tax payers money travelling to meeting he knows nothing about.

Politics / Nigeria Is Divided Already by Fongido(m): 11:17am On Apr 06, 2016
There's no unity in Nigeria. Nigeria is divided already. The south easterners have declared that they're not Nigerians but Biafrans and the south southerners are one leg in Nigeria and one leg out, only south westerners and northerners have majority of people regarding themselves as Nigerian. With this the country cannot move forward and for peace to reign let the country be divided. I support disintegration of Nigeria. The presidential seat should be recycling it's not the inheritance of northerners. They're like parasites, eating from southern states and causing harm to them in return. The southerners are marginalized though they have the main source of the country income. They're afraid to divide Nigeria because they know the northerners will die in hunger. At end I strongly believe Nigeria will be divided not through war but amicably.

PRECIOUS POSSESSION
“And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house” - Acts 16: 31
In the world of today, when you ask many people about a precious possession, what will readily be mentioned are: academic certificates, creative works, expensive cars, plots of land in choice parts of the city, jewelries and the latest dresses. These are physical things which people can see and by which they can evaluate us. The body is another precious possession; we do all we can to keep healthy, clean and beautiful. However, Jesus Christ said, “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you” (Matthew 6: 33). Hence C.S. Lewis wrote, “The salvation of a single soul is more important than the production or preservation of all the epics and tragedies in the world.” Salvation is the passport to God’s kingdom. Jesus gives it freely. Have you received it? If you have, please, keep it.
Challenge: Treasure your salvation; it is your birthright
Prayer: Lord, enable me to keep my salvation experience
Quote: Salvation…is a precious possession

GLOW WITH HOLY GHOST
“And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance” - Acts 2: 4
According to A. W. Tozer, “What we have in Christian doctrine of the Holy Spirit is deity present among us. He is not God’s messenger only. He is God. He is God in contact with His creatures, doing in them and among them a saving and renewing work.” Yes, the Holy Ghost, after saving a soul, continues to renew and give him power for prayer, preaching, and victorious living. He keeps the believer glowing wherever he goes as the light of the world. You should allow the Holy Ghost to shine through you in your home, neighbourhood and at school. Do not grieve Him by sinning or disobeying His guidance and commands. Remember, “For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost” (Romans 14: 17).To retain this joy, do not quench or grieve the Spirit.
Challenge: The Holy Spirit will not occupy a dirty heart
Prayer: Holy Ghost, make me worthy of your presence
Quote: Do not quench or grieve the Spirit

NEVER LOOK BACK
“And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God” - Luke 9: 62
Lot’s wife looked back and she turned into a pillar of salt. John Mark would not have been rejected by Apostle Paul from going on the second missionary journey if he had not turned back from the work earlier at Pamphylia (Genesis 19: 16, 17, 26; Acts 15: 36-40). Often, looking back hinders progress, because; it shows hesitation, lack of focus or commitment. Jesus’ example is worthy of emulation: “And it came to pass, when the time was come that he should be received up, he steadfastly set his face to go to Jerusalem” (Luke 9: 51). Looking back can be physical or mental. Looking back mentally is called retrospection. It is the act of reflecting on past events, whether good or bad. If you always bask in your past successes or entertain fears due to past failures, you may not make progress. Trust God and press on.
Challenge: He who does not look ahead stays behind
Prayer: O God, give me grace to press forward
Quote: Trust God and press on

UNSOILED GARMENT
“Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel. And he answered and spake before those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garment from him…” - Zechariah 3: 3, 4a)
God wants every child of His to have clean hands and a pure heart (Psalm 24: 3, 4). This means that we should be clean within and without-no impure thoughts and motives or sinful acts. These are the people that have unsoiled garments or white linen, who can have easy access to God’s presence. A hymn writer puts it this way: “Called unto holiness, children of light, Walking with Jesus in garments of white; Raiment unsullied nor tarnished with sin, God’s Holy Spirit abiding within.” This is a glorious experience which we can get only by a cleansing in the blood of Jesus. A Christian who goes into sin has soiled garments. That was why the filthy garments of the high priest, Joshua, had to be taken away from him to enjoy the Divine presence. Ensure you are saved and take time to be holy.
Challenge: No fellowship with God in soiled garments
Prayer: Help me Lord to stay holy
Quote: Take time to be holy

PRICE OF PEARL
Again, the Kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls: Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it” - Matthew 13: 45, 46
A pearl is a gem or precious stone cut and polished for use as jewelry or decoration. It is somebody or something highly valued or esteemed. Some parents name their children Pearl because they regard them so dear to their hearts. The kingdom of God is more precious than anything we can imagine and we should do all we can to enter. A young man was once invited to a Christian fellowship by a colleague. The preacher preached a great message that could lead any sinner to repentance. As they went home at close of meeting, the colleague asked his invitee of his impression of the message and his reply was, “He is a fine speaker.” Oratory was his concern and not how to gain eternal life. It was some years later that he got born again in the university. How precious is God’s Kingdom to you?
Challenge: The kingdom of God is more precious than anything
Prayer: O God, help me to make your Kingdom
Quote: Seek ye first the Kingdom of God

PARADISE POSSESSED
“And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them...” - Revelation21:3
John Milton in his epic poem, Paradise Lost (1667) , graphically described how the fallen Lucifer found his way into the Garden of Eden and outsmarted “puny” Eve and Adam, bringing about the fall of man and consequently, loss of Paradise. However, Jesus Christ, the last Adam came, and restored to mankind the lost estate. “That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord” (Romans 5: 21). If you have Jesus, you have eternal life and surely a mansion in God’s kingdom. It is Paradise repossessed and much more. One of the malefactors crucified alongside Jesus told Him to remember him in His kingdom. And Jesus said unto him, “Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise” (Luke 23:43). You can regain all you have lost: health, wealth, purity, power or position. Tell Jesus!
Challenge: Paradise is for pure hearts and clean hands
Prayer: Help me, O Lord, to regain all that I have lost in life
Quote: You can regain all you have lost

Congrats PDP. Well done good people of Rivers State.
Amaechi can now return to Abuja and face his work as a minister. He will be very disappointed by this defeat.
Wait oh so after all the noise he was making, calling PDP, Gov. Wike and Dr. Jonathan names I heard that he couldn't win in his polling unit where his presence was felt. What a shame. He was making some empty promises of how he's going to deliver Rivers State to APC. How can a person that couldn't deliver his own polling unit to APC deliver a whole state to APC Mission impossible. All the money given to him for campaign is gone without any positive results. Gov. Wike told him that he'll answer him in poll and he has done it.
How can they use their federal power to influence the outcome of the election when their chief navigator Mbuhari is in Malabo, at least his presence would have helped them a little.
South South is PDP and PDP is south south.
See how our leaders were disgracing themselves. Tomorrow they'll encourage the youths to see them as Role model. Role model my foot. They couldn't conduct themselves knowing that the whole world is watching us.
Donald Trump was right when he said African countries ought to be recolonised again for another 100 years because they know nothing about leadership and self governance. They are used as a case study whenever bad examples are required. Especially Nigeria.
May God deliver this country from all these satanic agents. The Bible says when the righteous rule the people rejoice but when the wicked rule the people groan. Nigeria can't move forward with these people in power.

CALVARY IN VIEW
“And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left” - Luke 23:33
Calvary has come to symbolize suffering in Christendom. Christ’s agony and death on the cross of Calvary will ever remain a reference point for all committed Christians. We should however not look at Calvary with fear as it led to Christ’s glorification. According to Warren Wiersbe, ”Calvary is God’s great proof that suffering in the will of God always leads to glory.” As we run the Christian race, we should be conscious of Calvary, no matter our condition. In joy or in pain, keep Calvary in view. If your life’s pendulum swings to suffering, remember Calvary. If it swings to pleasure, still remember Calvary. The Devil can wage war against a believer with either tool. Hence, we should be, “Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross” (Hebrews12:2).
Challenge: There are no gains without pains
Prayer: Let the devil’s war against me be in vain, O Lord
Quote: Remember Calvary

Ameachi has been Governor twice which is the maximum allowed by the constitution. He has grown beyond Rivers State politics and is now a national politician.

Ameachi is loved in the NW, NC, NE and SW (the election deciders) and can win any national election. Apart from the SS/SE, where else can Wike be tolerated?

Ameachi has gone beyond state politics and his role in this election was to attempt an increase in the APC's large political warchest. He remains a Senior Minister of the Federal Republic and Dakuku has also gone Federal as Nimasa's DG.

All's well that ends well.
Really?? I know the northerners they'll betray Amaechi bitter when it's time. they can't choose Amaechi over any northerner. he'll come back to south south as a prodigal son I promise him

SYMPATHETIC SAMARITAN
“But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was, and when he saw him, he had compassion on him” - Luke 10: 32
According to John Wooden, “You cannot live a perfect day without doing something for someone who will never be able to repay you.” The story was told of a boy who was drowning in a river. He cried for help and a man who was passing by jumped in the river and rescued him. In gratitude, the boy thanked him but the man said, “For what?” The boy was said to have replied, “For saving my life.” Looking into the boy’s eyes, the man told him, “Son, make sure when you grow up that your life was worth saving.” The man was not interested in personal reward but what the boy would do with his saved life. The Good Samaritan in our text was only concerned about the welfare of the wounded man and sacrificed for it. We, as God’s children should be sympathetic. If you are saved, then live for Christ daily to prove that your life was worth saving.
Challenge: God’s children should be sympathetic
Prayer: Lord, give me a sympathetic heart
Quote: Live for Christ daily

STICKY- FINGERERED
“Ye shall not steal, neither deal falsely, neither lie one to another” - Leviticus 19: 11
Dave (not real name) was a little boy from one of the states in Nigeria, and was sticky-fingered. He habitually stole money at home which he used to buy things at school and in neighbourhood shops. He was very smart at picking money and hiding it away in his shoes, school books or under pants. Dave also covered up with lies when caught. It took a lot of effort to get this intelligent boy out of the bad habit. He eventually studied medicine and became a committed and respectable practising medical doctor in the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, not all sticky- fingered or light- fingered young people overcome the habit and grow into a responsible adult life. Some become corrupt public officials, internet fraudsters or armed robbers with serious consequences. Stealing is a learned habit and can be unlearned if one is determined. Moreover, Jesus can save the sticky -fingered as He saved Zaccheus, the fraudster. Repent now!
Challenge: The best way to stop a bad habit is never to begin it
Prayer: O Father, grant me the grace to shun disgraceful act
Quote: Jesus can save the sticky-fingered
