We don't know what she has as evidence. But at this stage, what she has shared on social media is not evidence for anyone to conclude...or for any court to judge any case. Witness testimony could help, both from her case...and from others with related cases involving the accused. But if she goes on with this story, without backing it up with 'evidence' or refuses to file a lawsuit, it will become a case of defamation or character assassination. Fatoyinbo's lawyers sue the Dakolos and win the case. Busola might even be the one to go to jail.
It's not about emotion. This is the law.
