Politics › Re: Federal Government's 'closed Case' Against Justice Onnoghen by Foolishbuhari: 5:35pm On Mar 23, 2019
Good you explained it I was already getting tired of people misinterpreting it.

From the look of things though, Mr danladi of the CCT would have no choice but to accept the no case submission of the defendant because the prosecution has failed beyond reasonable doubt to proof a case against the defendant.

Victory shall be ours Las Las but my own concern is Mr Onnoghen should make sure he initiates a law suit against the petitioner for perjury and malicious accusation with Intent to spoil his name. He should drag the CCB as a co defendant so they can explain how the petitioner got his hands on his assets declaration form, and he should also drag the EFCC along so they explain how they said they traced billions to his accounts using his BVN!

People have to start being responsible for their actions!

samstradam:
From the responses you have gotten it is clear that we are in serious trouble with the kind of youth we have in this country.

The case against Onnoghen is and has always been simple, he disobeyed the law by refusing to declare all his assets.

He himself has admitted to it and called it a mistake/oversight. It is up to the courts to determine if his admission of guilt and voluntary correction of it follows what the law has stated. Simple.

However the idiot did all the things you said to stop this from happening and delay justice thinking himself bigger than the Law that he serves and all normal Nigerians.

He by disregarding all his prior rulings on the CCT has shown us that following the Law is for the little people and clearly that some animals are more equal than others.

I might not like Adeleke, but even with his lack of education and zero reasons to believe in our judicial system when it comes to electoral matters and ruling against a sitting government, he has every single time subjected himself peacefully into the arms of the law and won every single time. ( I believe it is about 4-0 now)

The main casualty of this whole case has been the Judiciary and even if he is found innocent and the NJC fails to tell him to retire , our Judiciary will continue dying a slow and pathetic death with this Do-as-I-say-and-not-as-I-do running things.
Olodo he won't resign! If he is found innocent, he'd go back to his seat as the CJN with full benefits restored.

So this was you people's plan all along! They even offered him honorable retirement with full benefits for him not to see the case through court but he refused. Now he'd win like he should because he is innocent then he'd resign to please your father and massage your ego abi?

So many fools on NL

Very nice analysis op you try. Because going by the status quo ante, with the hate built up in the average S southerner and S easterner against tifnubu and the SW over their ignoble roles in foistering buhari upon us even when it's glaring to all he's the least qualified for the job just to be able to clinche the plum job in 2023, we would make sure that plan never comes to fruition.

This would be to the advantage of the north against the south and believe me from where I stand, the SW would be at the loosing end for a very long time because they would need a united south to be able to clinch the presidency if they ever want to go head on with a northernern for the position

Politics › Re: Dennis Aghanya, Where Are The 55 Houses And The Billions? by Foolishbuhari: 11:04am On Mar 23, 2019
Sirjamo:
I don't care if he has 7000 houses, the question is: Why did he admit that he forgets to declare some of his assets?
Yakassai denied allegations that Onnoghen did not declare his assets and rather stated that his (Onnoghen) assets declared in 2016 were yet to be verified by the Code of Conduct Bureau. He also testified that contrary to claims that Onnoghen owned 55 houses, that he indeed has only five, one of which was sold to him by the Federal Government of Nigeria.

Did you read this part or like a typical zombie you can't read and comprehend?

The man never said he didn't declare his assets; rather he said he updated it in 2016 so anything that wasn't there in 2014 should be in the new one in 2016.

My major worry is the efcc and other kangaroo agencies that said they traced billions to the man's accounts using his BVN.

If I were this man, immediately I am done with this case, I will institute a high powered suit against the bastard who initiated the petition, and I'd also drag the CCB and EFCC into the case as respondents. The petitioner and the CCB must tell me how the former laid his hands on my asset declaration forms, and the former must substantiate how he arrived at such grievous allegations against me. Then the efcc would substantiate how they traced billions to my accounts. That offense is perjury and carries a jail term which I would see to the last!

People have to start taking responsibility for their actions. They banked on the man resigning, hence they tossed him all over the media thinking they could intimidate the man into resigning his office but he choose to have his day in court much to their chagrin. We'd see how this plays out Las Las but someone must go down for this
Car Talk › Re: Could This Be The First Lamborghini Urus In Nigeria? (photo) by Foolishbuhari: 8:13am On Mar 23, 2019

The Lamborghini Urus is one of the hottest SUV around the globe. It is the first Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) ever made by Lamborghini.

We ‘ve not been able to see this SUV in Nigeria, and today, one was spotted being offloaded and cleared from the wharf.

This brings up the question – if it is the first Lamborghini Urus to touch down Nigeria. From speculations, some folks are saying it belongs to Wizkid.

Lamborghini even admitted that the Urus really affected their total car sales in a very good way.

Source: https://autojosh.com/first-lamborghini-urus-nigeria/
Hey autojosh my major question when people buy this car is how do they fuel it?

I heard these cars run on premium fuel with higher octane counts. I am also very sure there are no fuel stations in Nigeria that sell those specifically.

So how do they run these cars on our fuels here when sometimes sef fit give person generator problem?

TV/Movies › What Movie Would You Really Love A Part 2 To Happen? by Foolishbuhari(op): 12:40am On Mar 22, 2019
Sometimes there are these suspense in movies that make you wishing it continued or a part 2 was shot soon. However no matter how much you wish it, is doesn't happen.

This thread is just a discussion and we can also review the movies for fun as we remember the entertainment we got from them.

One movie I would really love a part 2 to happen is The A-Team cast by Liam Neeson, Bradley Cooper ET AL. Each time I remember the crazy stunts and moves, the hilarious moments of Barascus' fear of heights, I just wish it had done better at the box office, critics didn't shut it down and they went on to do a part 2.

That's mine people perhaps you can share yours

I see how deflated your expectations are. You were amongst the many calling for his head that he has 55 houses and billions in each of his bank accounts. Now the truth has been established, you people are doing all you can to change the narrative saying corruption is corruption! Are you not ashamed of yourself?

How can you proof the funds are proceeds from corruption and not funds legitimately gotten from proceeds of his private enterprise?

You people were screaming foreign accounts up and down like cows in heat whereas you never stopped to know and learn that domiciliary accounts are not foreign accounts.

Person like you go join mob action on person without asking what happened. I pray

Politics › Re: The Fulanis Planning To Retain Power Through Kwankwaso In 2023 Under PDP? by Foolishbuhari: 9:56am On Mar 21, 2019
What I can say is for the battle for 2023, I'd rather vote in a pig than vote for either osinbajo or tifnubu or anyone they support who hails from the SW! Yes I said it.

If they field Ribadu like some persons here are insinuating though, and PDP fields Kwankwanso, most likely my vote would swing the APC way because Nuhu Ribadu has over time proven himself to be a man of honour and integrity but if they go ahead with the current SW permutation of SW presidency, I Kelly would personally campaign against them, work against them and even rig against them to make sure they eat the humble pie because truth be told, men without honour and integrity like tifnubu and osinbajo made the south this divided today and like the saying goes, you don't destroy your house while fighting for a stranger because when the stranger goes home, you too go to your destroyed home and the elements won't take it easy on you.

Tifnubu worked for a divided south thus him and none of his minions would ever reap dividends of a united south and he would only remain a fading god in the west. We may be Nigerians but politically we are worlds apart and would remain so a very long time. Congrats to tifnubu and his minions they just played themselves
