Nbote: Lolzzzz... This country is a joke. The govt's knee-jerk response each time tells u about how unprepared they are for anything. Majority of Nigerians are either unemployed, self employed or underemployed and are all affected by the inconsiderate policies of the govt. What exactly are the measures to alleviate their sufferings? One would have thought the govt had plans and measures in place to cushion the effect on transportation costs and inflation especially but instead they are busy bragging about sharing food to a select few and sharing monies to an imaginary populace. Unprepared? Do you mean subsidy should continue? If it continues, we should continue to borrow money to pay subsidy and protect naira? Which money do you need to pay salaries and improve infrastructures? Just keep borrowing and borrowing till we die finish? |

Eko atlantic wasn't built to protect Lagos from the raging ocean. There are better structures for that. Eko atlantic was meant to be a business/entertainment district. Even the shore breaks there will do nothing to keep out heavy waves Ignoramus.

What you just said is akin to saying that NewYork city —downtown— was built to stop erosion from reaching the mainland. Only someone with holes in the brain would swallow that nonsense. I was not fed, I saw it with my eyes. Bar beach is where you have Eko Atlantic city now. It was where fun loving Nigerians go for fun doing holidays and on Fridays before beaches along Lekki axis were easily accessible. But the encroachment of the sea covered the whole bar beach until IMB plaza. Infact, destroyed the building at some point. Do you understand. Olodo |

First of all, it has saved billions of dollars worth of investments from going comatose as a result of sea encroachment. That's the first profit. The second profit is the sales of lands to multimillion dollar companies, United state of America embassy, etc in billions of naira. |

I said, De Bruyne is more effective. If you want grace and tricks. Call Zidane. If you want radiant and beautiful football, call Zidane. If you want effectiveness and tactical intuitive play, De Bruyne trumps Zidane.
You people saying Zidane is better is strictly due to grace and style.
There is more to the game today than grace and style. Dey deceive yourself. |
