Anambralstson: Abia is doing well in education, health sector, Abia is lowest in crime rate in Nigeria check NBS crime rate report, Abia major problems are roads most especially federal roads How can Abia do well in Education and Health when secondary schools teachers and teaching hospital staffs have not been paid salaries for months? Even the shoe industry is struggling to survive because of the importation of cheap Chinese shoes. I mean, many shoemakers don't have jobs to do hence delving into other business for survival. Security? Just pray you are not a target of men of the underworld else you will be kidnapped. Well, you can avoid that once you run home before dark. That's why there is no night life in Aba. From 9:30 - 10 pm, it becomes a ghost town. Your house can be buggled if you don't have good iron doors. But I still agree it's low in crime rate because any criminal caught in the very act is as good as gone. So, every crime is highly coded and well executed. Abia state has many problems. |

Would u advice a player to join Aston Villa ahead of Everton bkus Aston Villa has been more successful than Everton, or Nottingham Forest ahead of Leicester? We live in the present bro, not past. When dem win am last no matter. Nantes is more successful in Ligue 1 than Lillie and Bordeaux. Nantes finished ahead of Lillie in the last two previous seasons before this pass season. ChrisKels: None of those three moved on the back of their Afcon exploits. The only person I could credit with such move, if he had moved was Etebo, who shone in Egypt.
About Iwobi, he made what I would call a backward movement. Moving from an elyte89 club to a midtable Everton isnt wowing.
Omeruo cemented his move with his display last season for Leganes, not bkus of his display in Egypt. Same with Aina
Moses Simon made another backward movement, moving from a better league and club to one inferior to his parent club. Maybe his Afcon exploits helped him here bkus he didn't cover himself in glory, in his first season at Levante.
That said, none of those three players made upward movement unlike Osimhen and Onyekuru. ChrisKels: I have never seen u this smart. In fact, the players Rohr chose to ignore in the Afcon have been the ones making great moves this transfer window You claimed those ignored are the ones making great moves this transfer window. It's not about their exploits getting them a move. Therefore, as it stands, some of those who were not ignored still got a great move. Alex Iwobi move might not look great to your but it's indeed good to him because of his fat wages. It is not like Arsenal are contending for the league. Yes! Omeruo sealed his move to leganes after his display last season but something acted as the catalyst for the club to pay his fee. A lot of work was done to make it happen. If moving from La Liga to Ligue 1 is a backward move then Ronaldo and Lukaku made a backward move to Seria A. Did I hear you say Nantes is an inferior club? For your information, Nantes is more successful than Lillie and Bordeaux in France and as per with Monaco.

komekn: In most things I do I try to be objective.
First of all, what in your understanding is downgrading a player ❓ Because I don't join the same train euphoric praise for a player doesn't mean HATE or DOWNGRADE. Give me one not two instancees where l down graded Osimhen.
Osimhen has done excellently well but he has just played his first season of professional football. That's perspective. He is on a forward progression hopefully it will continue.
Second presumption without substance. Favourite players, talking about a player doesn't make him.your favourite. I talk about KC but he not my favourite player. Solanke is a distraction to this discussion l have met him several times and said he has no affinity to Nigeria in any way essentially he's Oyibo. Where When did l PERSONALLY call him exceptional ❓
Onyedinma l haven't talked about him for some two seasons as a quality prospect. He made some very unwise decision and his career has lost traction. Another misinformation.
Ojo I know and talked about him being an option for the LWB because we didn't have one. Good quality players but Exceptional not yet. Where did l say excellent exceptional ❓ more unfounded assumptions.
Iorfa I have given a history lesson several times and stated the issue of UNFAIR practice by the NFF and huge amounts of misinformation and untruthful storie. I have said he was regarded as exceptional in his team and with England. I know of him and know his agent and former club quite ( Wolves) I dint think l have called him EXCEPTIONAL EXCELLENT TALENT. I have been critical saying I think he lacks technical ability and intelligence. But pace aerial dominance strength and doggednes a big YES, l think he will become he has the potential to become a quality CB if he evolves.
Not too long ago well 2917/18 season l said that Fikayo Tomori is poor. Well one season later he has turned it all around to be an excellent CB. I said this month's ago he us the best CB we have yet to be capped. That's becoming a possibility he us now on the bench for Chelsea.
I had heard of him in Seria B. I know Nigerian Origin players who left England to play in Seria B, So don't presume.
Your final statement concerning Osimhen and Okereke is plain bigotry and biased standard. When Osimhen did well in Belguim it was a unit of measurement. However now that Okereke is doing it, it's no longer relevant that's blatant hypocrisy.
Okereke has been on the scene but ignored.
Finally, please let's not use the name if God in vain the fear of the Lord is the beginning of all wisdom. The season just began and so far, Okereke has done well but is yet to achieve what Osimhen achieved last season, and has even gone further Therefore, it's reasonable to rate him highly than Okereke who is just playing for the first time in a top league. |

Dr.k, please help interpret this. FC Nantes – Mercato : Moses Simon (Levante) débarque demain !

Nantes want to have the option of signing him permanently for €5m after his loan spell but Levante want at least €8m with add ons which could see the fee rise to €10m.
Negotiations were paused for a while as Nantes had to get a coach in place first and that they did with the appointment of Christian Gourcuff in place of Vahid Halilhodzic who quit the club last week after a disagreement with the directors of the club.
For now Simon who is also courting interest from other teams in France, Spain and Germany will continue to train with Levante hoping a deal can be struck with Nantes or any other team unless he is assured of playing time with Levante. |

Joebie: This is my take on the Best SE HOPEFULS XI (Formation 4-2-3-1) so far, considering all league/UEFA competitions this 2019/2020 season:
REASONS: 1. David Okereke makes the cut as the undisputed best forward, scoring 4 goals after 4 games (Champions League qualifier inclusive) for Club Brugge. Chuba Akpom was in contention for the sole center-forward position scoring against Ajax in UEFA Champions League qualification.
2. Samuel Eduok, Ebere Eze and Abduljalil Ajagun all make the cut in the advanced midfield position. All three players have recorded at least a goal and an assist in their campaign so far, except Eze who added an MOTM performance this week, to the goal he scored in the previous round. Sheyi Ojo gets joint mention with Eduok. Although it can be argued that Eduok has been more impressive with stats of 2 goals and 2 assists in only 2 games, other may counter with reason that the Scottish League is rated higher than the Croatian league based on UEFA's coefficient for season 2018/2019. Hence, I have smuggled Ojo's name in as a joint mention, considering his goals in UEFA qualification against clubs from lowly Gibraltar and Luxembourg, and not forgetting his more important goal for Rangers in the weekend. Dennis Bonaventure, Osayi-Samuel, and Chidera Ejuke were also in contention.
3. Joe Aribo makes the team as the best CM so far. He beat Aneke to it despite the fact that the latter scored a goal in his only game so far this season. Aribo has more games under his belt so far this season and has been more impressive as a CM scoring 3 goals in UEFA qualifiers against teams from Gibraltar, Luxembourg and Denmark. However, if Aneke gets more minutes and impressive stats in the Championship he could knock Aribo off in subsequent rounds. Let's wait and see.
4. Anderson Esiti gets my nod as the stand-alone DM. Although playing in a league ranked 20 according to UEFA, his only game so far this season was the 2-2 draw recorded against a big weight team, Ajax, in a UEFA Champions league qualifier. Luke Amos, who has started all games for QPR in the Championship so far, was in contention for the DM role.
5. Chima Okoroji (LB clocked 180 mins), Tosin Adarabioyo (clocked 90 mins), and Felix Agu (clocked 180 mins with 1 assist), and Junior Pius completes the back-line. Pius, who only played a 25 minutes part Antwerp's 1-0 win over Czech's Plzn in Europa League qualification, no thanks to a knee injury he picked up, edged out Fikayo Tomori for the other CB role. Tomori only made the bench in Chelsea's loss to ManU. Despite the fact that Moses Odubajo (RB) has clocked 180 mins for Sheffield Wednesday, he was edged out by Felix Agu who has an assist to his credit. Gorica's Musa Muhammed (RB) was also in contention.
6. My best XI is lacking a keeper for obvious reasons. David Nwokolor has only made Rijeka's bench once after 5 games this season. Sabastian Osigwe has allowed 8 goals after 4 starts, playing in the Swiss second tier. He has 2 shut-outs though, but still not worthy to be named here. Alampasu is with Feirense U23 (lack of data). Any home based we can recommend?
Feel free to debate my post or make suggestions. Not bad based on their current performance but.... Why is Osimhen not in contention for the Striker position? Samuel Eduok played as a LW not RW. Sheyi Ojo has scored 3 goals with 2 assist in 6 matches. Is there any site that indicates that a player won MOTM in the Belgium Pro League? What position did Semi Ajayi play this season? |

Ojo Is The Reincarnation Of Arjen Robben'- Rangers Fans Go Gaga Over Liverpool Loanee's Brilliant DisplayPublished: August 11, 2019 'Ojo Is The Reincarnation Of Arjen Robben'- Rangers Fans Go Gaga Over Liverpool Loanee's Brilliant Display Liverpool loanee Sheyi Ojo netted his third goal in Glasgow Rangers colours as they hammered Hibernian 6-1 on game week 2 in the Scottish Premiership on Sunday afternoon. Having provided an assist for Rangers second goal scored by Jermain Defoe, the England U21 winger opened his account in the league in the second minute of injury time. Ojo was involved in the build-up to Defoe's ninth minute goal when his powerful shot from distance was saved by the Hibernian goalkeeper and the Rangers number 9 fired home the rebound. Rangers fans took to Twitter to express their joy with the winger's blistering form and here is a rundown of their comments: @sunshinekid10: "I know that no one wants to mention it and I can understand that but at some point we are going to have to acknowledge that Sheyi Ojo is the reincarnation of Arjen Robben coming in off that right hand side and shooting with his left foot". @wande: "Hibs are... all over shop. Everton's Nigerian Winger Joins Monaco, Subject To MedicalPublished: August 11, 2019 Everton's Nigerian Winger Joins Monaco, Subject To Medical Allnigeriasoccer.com has been told Nigeria international Henry Onyekuru has agreed a move to French Ligue 1 club Monaco from Premier League club Everton. The winger has landed in the Principality to undergo a medical ahead of his move to the eight-time top flight champions. The Toffees were forced to sell the former Eupen man to Monaco because he was not issued a work permit to play in the Premier League for the third successive season. An agreement has been reached on contractual terms, with the 22-year-old expected to put pen to paper on a five-year deal. Onyekuru initially rejected joining Monaco as his priority was to return to Galatasaray where he shone last season but Everton have convinced him that the move is the right one. He contributed to 22 goals (16 goals, 6 assists) in 44 games over the course of last season, helping Galatasaray with the Super Lig and Cup. https://www.allnigeriasoccer.com/read_news.php?nid=33257 |
