Since Abramhovic took over Chelsea and we started the era of splashing on strikers, Nic Jackson has been the most productive Chelsea striker per pound, at £30m. And Jackson has done this in about the poorest team, the youngest team, the most inexperienced team, in the same era. One more thing, Jackson also went away for the Nations Cup in the same season.

You guys need perspective. I don't care, unless you want to buy Haaland or Mbappe for £300m, I can guarantee you there's is no striker out there in the world right now that gives you that value.

You want to go and spend £100m on a guy who will come and score 25 goals. You might as well give the chance to Jackson and spread that money on productive supporting ninjas like Trossard. That's what wins championships - 3 or more players scoring 15 or more goals. Not just one guy scoring 25.

E be like Airmark who insists we should have bought Vlahovic for £85m. This ninjah in more appearance, has scored less goals and made less assists than Jackson. Dude is even 2 years older than Jackson.

17 goals no penalties in season 1 is brilliant for any striker. Especially for one that cost only £32m. His hold-up is elite. He's very quick for his height.

He misses a lot of one v ones but I see this as a confidence issue. The fact that he is able to isolate himself into numerous one v one situations is testament to his hard work off the ball, running into good spaces.

That's why I keep saying what we have is a tactical problem. Not a defensive or attacking problem. Funny how Poch makes one single tactical change with inverted FB, and we win three in row, scoring 10 and conceding only 2, with the same set of players. I said what I said. With a fit Nkunku and Jackson we don't need to spend a dime on a striker. It's better to even buy a world class winger than to waste funds on a position we are covered in. Name the striker you want Chelsea to spend 80million plus on and he won't get up to 20 league goals in his first season.

Is Gusto better than James?

Why should we spend scarce resources on another LB as you want, when we can convince Maatsen to come back as a starter, that we will sell Chilwell and use the fund to get better attackers?

I recommended 2 better strikers/finishers than Jackson. 1 LWF better than Sterling and Mudryk and a CB, Silva's replacement. We don't need to waste money on any new LB.
