Everybody here knows why Kayode is not making the bench but you don't know anything.. Continue. |

andrew444: Mr Clueless it had to take you about 24 hours to reply back, just because you are looking for what to say,i will not repeat my self on one same issues.
Back to my question, how many england born players who are nigerians are successful?Nobody thats why you cant answer that.0
The seyi ojo you are ranting about maybe because you are a clueless liverpool fan,how many games has he played for liverpool? 8 premier league games in 3 season, you cant answer that because you know nothing okay.
According to you seyi ojo was so good at 15 but he is still being loaned out now,why cant he follow the footstep of raheem sterling who also started at a tender age? Lol
READ MY LIPS.... Seyi ojo cannot make super eagles team because there are better players than him okay.
According to you at 18 he was a starter in the championship, what is the big deal about that? at 18 many players of his age are starters in the premier league?
At 18 Theo Walcott is a starter at arsenal, at 18 raheem sterling is a started at Liverpool? so what the hell are you saying, even rashford break into man united first team at 18,Do you want me to mention more names?
The U20 world cup england won, seyi ojo was not even a starter,he started 1 match or so and the rest he was a super sub, whats the big deal about winning a junior world cup? Nigeria normally win u17 world cup and ghana has also won u20 world cup.
So many EPL team wanted to buy him according to you but he prefer a championship team? Why,maybe because he will be benched by those team?
I know you are a liverpool fan and you will say anything to make that look good
Iheanacho will not play in the championship,Leichester cough out 25 Million pounds for him, they can only suggest here in nairaland for iheanacho to play in the championship does not mean he will play there, just as you are suggesting that seyi ojo is a good player does not make him a below average player,Many UK players are overrated, before you call someone a good player allow that person earn the credit, because your mouth cannot make him a good player.
A Player that cannot even make liverpool bench,No b him mate David Solanke wey dem just buy for chelsea dey make bench? Abeg guy go sleep,na rugby you suppose dey watch.
What injury did seyi ojo has that someone takes his place?Ok i agree he was injured,But when was he a starter at liverpool? Who took his place last season? So he has been playing along side coutinho and co? even Marco Grujic is ahead of him in the pecking order,Oga go sleep you dey clueless,if you quote me again i go quote you till you go tire,i dont talk what i dont know,OVER AND OUT. Mr sabi sabi. I don't need to waste my time yesterday on you. I just needed to rest and today was also busy for me hence the late reply. Even this night, I was about doing something elsbefore I saw my mention. However, can you please tell me your definition of 'successful players' before I answer your question. Because I want to be direct in my response. Thanks Oga, I have followed the progress of Nigerian born players all over Europe for decade and this was what led me to know about David Amoo, Raheem Sterling, Jordan Ibe and Sheyi Ojo at Liverpool. This is the reason I can state emphatically that Sheyi Ojo has progressed positively. How many games has he played for Liverpool? 8 premier-league games in half season because he was ruled out for 1 full season. GBAM! Now, what happened within these three seasons? The first season, he was making the bench at 17 and he was already part of the first team before he was loaned out in the middle of the season. GBAM Oga, Sheyi Ojo already already broke into Liverpool's first team at 17. GBAM. Due to the fact that he was above the academy at 17 and he wasn't going to get game time with the first team due to obvious reasons, Liverpool decided to send him on loan at the middle of the season to championship. How many 17 years old be starter for Championship? Yes! He made his debut at 17 in first professional career in the Championship. GBAM! The second season,, there was a new coach who doesn't know Joseph hence the need to loan him out to the Championship again. The same new coach saw a liverpool-fc player doing wonders in the Championship and decided to recall him from loan. GBAM Sheyi Ojo made his debut for Liverpool at 18. GBAM 11 matches with 4 assists and a goal was enough to earn him a preseason the next season but injury ruled him out for months. GBAM Let us use our brain to think for once. I repeat, he was injured for months. In short, he was not fit after he came back though he was drafted back to the first time before he was sent to Under 23 to gain fitness but unfortunately for him Liverpool don go buy players because they are fighting for EPL crown. GBAM. Who are the better players better than him in SE? .. Bhuuuhahaha! Look at this one telling me what is the big deal about winning U20 team World cup. He has forgotten he bragged about how Iheanacho worked his way to the top through U17. Did Iheanacho also performed in the U20? Has Nigeria ever won U20? If it's not a big deal, we for dey win am every 2 - 2 years. Bhuuuhahaha! If you are blind to see the article that clearly showed EPL wanted to buy him then sorry, I can't help you. At least, you have been proven wrong that no EPL team came for him. That's the koko. Bhuuuhahaha! So, that 'according to you' doesn't make sense. Many UK players are overated according to you but many Nigerian players can't enter the top 20 of the few players UK ever produced. Fact. GBAM. Who is even our best now? Can he be listed in the top 10 players produced by UK? Open your eyes. Mr man. The world doesn't end in your backyard. |

Mickael2: nooooo. No! Very very far from it, like I have mentioned on some days, for some refs it's a red card, bad bad tackle. Now if you recall this whole argument started when someone said VAR would remove bias against Africa teams and I asked for an instance, therein he provided this Onazi incident. I alluded that the tackle was bad but that the ref not sending him off may have been due to his own interpretation of the foul. I gave you the anatomical reasons why that same foul may not have ended up in an injury which may have changed the refs mind about the idea that matuidi intentionally wanted to injure Onazi. I also gave out part of the rulebook where fouls below the ankle are yellow-card offence. Then I finally added that I would have sent that guy off myself, probably a 1000 other people would send him off but if you slow down and think very well, you'd see some reasons why the guy waved it off. You even added the fact that no nigerian player protested, so now I do not understand why you are accusing me of ridiculing the extent of that foul, seems like you have forgotten the primary bone of contention Simple. Chikena! EOD. GBAM. |

What chance someone that started from Liverpool academy, iheanacho is a good example,he had to prove him self at the u17 World Cup before he was bought to the man city youth team, his hard work makes him make the man city senior squad, you are here talking about a seyi ojo that no premier league team considered on loan but a championship team, once again you are a joker and you know nothing about football, even Ruben Loftus cheek of Chelsea who is from their youth will never be loaned to a championship team,if the guy is good he will be in the premier league,he has been loaned to 3 teams and they are all championship team which is Wigan, wolves and Fulham,I don't say what I don't know
Now list the names of Nigeria players born in the U.K that made it to high level? None of the strikers have the record of yakubu aiyegbeni who scored 96 premier league goals, drogba is the only African player to score more premier league goals than aiyegbeni, how far agbonlahor or shola ameobi? Let me help you. First of all, Sheyi Ojo didn't start his career at Liverpool. Fact He worked his way from Milton_Keynes_Dons_F.C U13 to the first team as a 13 years old boy. Meaning at 13, Sheyi Ojo was already training with players older than him and in league 1. It was due to this reason many big clubs in 'Europe' fought hard to buy him and eventually Liverpool paid millions to make him the most expensive player bought at the age of 14. The record still stands till date. So, you are are wrong to have claimed he started at Liverpool. The boy was too good that at 15 he was already playing with Jordan Ibe in the Liverpool under 18 rank and England under 17 national team. At 17 he was consistent and regular with the Liverpool under 21. That was the reason it was imperative to loan him out to he Championship since he outgrown the Liverpool ranks at 17 and was already integrated into the first team at 17. Yes, he was already making the bench and traveling with Liverpool for UEFA Champions League at age. http://www.empireofthekop.com/2014/12/28/five-things-need-know-sheyi-ojo-twitter-rumours-suggest-17-year-old-start-v-swansea/amp/At 18, he was was a starter in the Championship. Do you know what that means? The next season, he was recalled from loan and drafted into Liverpool's first team. We saw how he made his impact felt in 11 games for Liverpool with 4 assists and a goal before back injury hindered his progress the next season which was last season. He was out for months last season and by the time he came back, Liverpool already filled his place with another player. He was part of Liverpool last season but injury and fitness no gree and play though he played in the FA cup. Injury hinder his progress, Mr sabi pass. So, what made Sheyi Ojo made the Liverpool first team? Na play abi.. I know everybody is lazy in your eyes while you are the most hard working human being in the world. Even if you carry shit, you deem yourself hard working than multi millionaire business man. Na ya way be dat. Do you think, no team in the EPL wanted to buy him? Victor Moses 30. Alex Iwobi 31. Kelechi Iheanacho 32. Sone Aluko/Abdul-ajagun 33. Ahmed Musa 34. Odion Ighalo 35. From what i saw, Ajagun created 4 clear cut chances but his teammates failed to convert all those chances.

Talk about now... Ajiboye is still weak on aerial balls....
How many he fumbled? Loolll... I will ask how many he even got to face... Just that one he got which was converted but later ruled out was superbly miscalculated. This is a trait even Ezenwa showed during the qualifiers against Algeria. Ajiboye is still weak aerially. I think your question is out to show he is not weak there abi? Anyway, I just know that Rohr will drip either of Ezenwa or Ajiboye.... And whether we like it or not, I think I can tell you who Rohr will drop. Ajiboye I suspiciously and closely monitored today only fumbled once aerially. He did perfectly well aerially and even made a save from one aerial ball. You can not see any flaws in that area. Ezenwa own is too obvious. |

But I speak of watching him a few times in Portugal long before recent times (during the time of the WC qualifiers final round grouo stage which began in 2016) and I reckon he was pretty good especially aerially. He is also very good at shot-stopping. But like all young goalies he got some weaknesses he is still working on.

And yes , Enyeama is not so good aerially.
On Ajiboye, well today was evident. I have always known he struggles a bit with crosses from the U-20s even but again it shows it is still a weakness for him within the first few mins of the morocco game. Morocco scored a goal which was chalked off for going out of play. Ajiboye went for the cross that led to the ruled out goal and missed it completely. Aerially he really struggles.... Years on from the U-17s and U-20s, he hasn't overcome that weakness. We need to see Uzoho again and that is not the only attribute needed to make a final verdict. We need to see see all aspect of him. We can not use 10 years ago event to pass a verdict on Ajiboye. Now, is the koko. Today, can you please tell me how many aerial balls he fumbled? |

As for Ezenwa... The problem is this. I agree Ajiboye is slightly better but I forsee Rohr picking Ezenwa ahead of Ajiboye. Why? because of the WC qualifiers test Ezenwa passed. How many of Uzoho and Alampasu games have you watched that you arrived at the conclusion they are good aerially? Well, if Rohr decides to take Ezenwa to the world Cup based on sentiment, na em palaba be dat. My own be say make Ezenwa no man goal post for WC except Rohr is really sure, he is the best we have. |

And also, If any Nigerian member of our technical crew appears incompetent, they should be shown the exit door ASAP Na true you talk. It is better Aiyenugba, Uzoho and Alampasu go to the world Cup but if Enyeama is fit, Aiyenugba should be dropped and the other two should go because we need to start grooming new goalkeepers.
