2011 in Abuja against Guinea for the 2012 AFCON Qualifiers. Game ended 2 : 2 after Dele fumbled our 2 goals lead to conceed 2 cheap n foolish goals. That was the last time he got a call up, because he was so poor that even the NFF blacklisted him. So what has now made him specail again? Because we need keeper? So we should just settle for anything? Y'all been revealing your sort of personalities as folks who settle for less - for just anything even when you could take the risk and have MORE!
Your assertion is false and misleading.

The two goals were not Dele's fault. It was Samson Siasia that told the players to move up pitch which eventually led to counter attacks from the Guinea players.. The scores should have even be more than that if not for Dele's saves.

Dele Alampasu has made the first team too but you feel Maduka Okoye is ahead.

He plays for both the B team and the under 19.

Last weekend, he played for the B team.

Aiyenuba is certainly an option.
And that was just his 3rd match for B team.

Kog45:
My man am not against inclusion of Maduka and my stand on goalkeeping is simple, the best should be taken since the likes of Akpeyi are not convincing enough.

I watched Uzoho against Girona and i came out here that the guy is okay and against Argentina he looked calmed and composed, his performance gave us another option.

If you read my comment with Truidster,he said likely Uzoho, Ezenwa, Akpeyi and I said you cannot say, meaning the likes the of Maduka or Alampasu can come in and gives solid performance just like Uzoho against Argentina.

My major concerns is this, none of us here know who is Maduka until his name came up and initially i thought he was number one for Fortuna Dusseldorf but later realised keeping for team B in regional league equivalent of division 4 which is not better than NPFL.

I need to have my reservation and need to continue asking why considering division 4 keeper for Eagles.I remember may be last week you came out with his stats this season, having 15 games and had just two clean sheets,i remember you said may be the defence wasn't good enough, excuse for his performance.

Truly is 18 years old,but you keep on hammering at 18 good for his development which i agreed but forgetting that exceptional keeper at 18 are already with the main team, just check Uzoho if not for the sacked of coach that gave him first team appearance, the guy would be up there doing it in LA liga.

My major point is Maduka good enough for Super eagles if is not good enough for very average Fortuna Dusseldorf first team, the same Maduka was released by Karlsruhe and Leverkusen before he continue his development with Dusseldorf though it happens in football.

I want the best for Eagles and only way is to look at things critically in a balance mode not just being carried away with sentiments,so my critique of Maduka is not hate but love for eagles cos a division four keeper for Eagles then he must be extremely talented and if he comes out good, better for the team but i didn't buy idea that at least is good as number three,No o all our keepers must have potential to be in goal at WC with our mind at rest.
Maduka Okoye is not playing for team B of Fortuna-dusseldorf, he is playing for U18 team and he is not a starter.

He only featured thrice for team B this whole season. GBAM..

Truth must be told though not against his call.

Where are the other options? Trust me, if Akpeyi was doing well, the coach will not be looking for children to fill the role.

Maduka Okoye is 18 years and is playing for the B team of Fortuna Dusseldorf. That is normal for that age. If Maduka plays one or two good friendlies, he can easily be on the way to the world cup even as a number 3.

By the way Maduka kept a clean sheet last weekend.
Keeping clean sheet with amateur is different from keeping clean sheet with Messi and Aguero.

Now, those are the players we gonna face.

Point of correction, Maduka Okoye is playing for the U18 of Fortuna-dusseldorf and it's in bottom of the German league.

The coach used a false 9 bro, no natural striker inn the team..I know he used this formation on some of his premiership games when morata got injured..

You can't change the fact that its still a totally different tactics..did u wonder why the coach used fabregas instead of bakayako that has been playing most of chelsea game..its all part of the tactics to suit what Chelsea wanted to do tonight..
Bros, na d same starting eleven. Fabregas na first team player.

It's only injury that makes Bakayako starts ahead of Fabregas.

Culin:
Chelsea H2H stat against Barca in the Champions League is 3 losses, 4 wins and 5 draws. Barca have won only one out of their six visits to Stamford Bridge. In 2012 we won 1-0 at home with a goal from our legend Drogba, and later drew 2-2 in Nou Camp with that unforgettable equalizer from Torres. And let me also add that Lionel Messi has never scored against Chelsea. Even though there's Suarez(who has 0 goals in UCL this season) to worry about, Coutinho is cup-tied and will be unavailable.

Possible Barcelona lineup: Ter Stegen; Roberto, Pique, Umtiti, Alba; Paulinho, Rakitic, Busquets, Iniesta; Messi, Suarez.

Possible Chelsea Lineup: Courtois; Azpilicueta, Christensen, Rudiger; Moses, Fabregas, Kante, Zappacosta; Hazard, Morata, Pedro.

What are your predictions?
Replace Morata with Giroud.

it baffles me that people are even keying into that rubbish. I mean this was the same Oliseh that took a bunch of unknowns to the top of the league, winning almost all their games at home, if that does not mean that the players are behind their coach I wonder what is. Then Oliseh is sacked and they lost(AT HOME) to a team that they should have defeated handsomely, if that is not the players voicing out their disappointment I wonder what is.

Fortuna Sittard is a local team and most of the top guys want their kids playing for the first team, and this was why Oliseh was sacked
Hahahahahah! Shebi dem want coach with attitude!? grin

Bro pls let's talk football the way it's cos i don't know why we always saying Rohr love some or are we saying Rohr hate some.

Pls i want to tell you that as it now we have good players who are better than Isaac Success or do you think this present Eagles na moimoi,it will take a very serious footballer to make the team not Sucesss types who love partying, running around prostitutes.

Ighalo and Success? this arguments came up sometimes ago and after thorough research i realized a lot still rate Success with U 17 glory.

Success talent not in doubt just like Etim Esin then who was even far better but what come out of Etim's career was a disaster,so he should learn from example and make life meaningful for himself not even us cos time is everything, better footballers are springing up everyday.

My man Ighalo is better than Success, goal scoring, pace and what they bring to the team generally though Success is very skillful and on the ball damn cool.

Modified... Strongest doesn't do it,hope you know Akinfewa one of the strongest footballer in the world and mind you will all rate Success based on his talent not on his power.
Success is now a winger.

Who will you choose, Isaac Success, Moses Simon or Henry Onyekuru, if Success is fit? grin
