@Mama Fvine, Fosterkid & Sanrima pls how many miligrams of vit B6 are you guys taking? 50mg or 100mg. And did you have to add the recommended vit B12 to it to help it's absorption?
Been using 50mg after ovulation, but didn't see 50mg again to buy when I went back lastyear. So I got solgar 100mg capsule brand then which I've tossed aside for fear it's much, only relying on the little 10mg from pregnacare.

Again, which is the right time to take vit B6?
Is it all tru the cycle, or beginning of cycle & stop just before OV or is it to be taken after OV?
Pls this is just to set records straight cos we've had these 3 varied opinions here & it's just becoming contradictory.

i used 50mg after ovulation, d counting one dey sell 5naira per tab.My folic acid contains b12.i also stopped taking soft drinks

yes i took b6 after ovulation, i did not trigger.on day 12 it was 22mm, by day 14 it was not seen,it already ruptured.Jst a week to go now

Vit B6 is all through the cycle. Dexa = Dexamethasone. Am to take 1daily for 14days. Meaning from CD1 to CD 14. Most Drs add Dexa to help with Clomid success. Where Clomid fails, Clomid + Dexa has been known to have a higher % of working. The combo is also very beneficial for PCOS women. The Vit B6 is for the Uterine Linen and Progesterone Support, a lengthened luteal phase. My recommendation is before you go running to buy Dexa, ask your Dr about it. You can take the Vit B6 on your own. I've been on Met for sometime now, that's why am on 1000mg. I even progressed to 2000mg but the side effects (Abdominal Cramps & Nausea) wan kill me so my Dr asked me to move down instead of stopping it completely, I decided to move down to 1000mg. Usually with Met, you start out on a low dose like 500mg and then progress upwards over several weeks / month.

i concur, used that combo twice(clomid,dexa and met) and i got my bfp both times though first one ended in miscarriage.Wish you luck with yours

maybe you should ask your doc to place you on progesterone next pregnancy and check your blood group

Are u sure u are ovulating. I also experienced that before i realised i was not ovulating again, if you are ovulating you can do hvs to check for infection and also get preseed or use cough syrup with guaifesin to thin your cervical mucus when ovulating,fertility dust to you.

@ FINA4804 read diazepam can cause malformation in first trimester,that is scary.

If shs selling guifei bao i think she will know shsnt meant to use after ovulation, i used mine after my period, its possible she made d mistake of usin it in d 2WW nd it mightnt affect d embryo, me followed the instruction given by the seller anyway, i did not use in my 2WW.

At first they gave me Diazeperm but I did not even finish the dose I stopped on my own, in march I was diagnosed of fibroid but My all sufficient God has taken it away, so at the beginning I was having pain so I went for scan and it said no fibroid or ovarian cyst so since then I remove my mind,anytime I feel pain I tell myself nothing is there, I go for scan every week and it says nothing so for now I don't take any drugs.

ok dear, i was given the same, i also feel pain especially after doing house chores, i dont wana get addicted to taking dat drug, i dont have fibroid or cyst, wonder what is causing the pain.
