I don't know if anyone is with me on this but after watching Kasam se for about 2yrs on televista (ended last month), I am sad the way Zee world keeps flying and the sweet parts of Promise gets missing....Brings me to a sad conclusion of how many stuffs we are missing in our various soaps!! Watching Laali now, I cannot but conclude that they haff 'panel-beaten' and trimmed many parts away. Ahan!! #sadface #occupyzeeworld...lol

I really suck at narrating but I'll try my best. Jeet threatened to leave the house since he couldn't marry Duljeet's daughter. Sahiba was torn between her two sons who both love the same girl.at last sha Ranvir's son's brain was formatted after sahiba slapped him which he said she should have been doing since he was young and he wouldn't have turned out the agbero he did! In the end sha, he said he was sorry and he really loves his brother(Fateh's son)so he should go ahead and marry duljeet's daughter. Later them show wedding ceremony and they ended it.

Wow! So Eternal love is finished? This Indian soap directors/producers really suck at ending their soaps...#sad...how can I be watching something for months and you just end it with a terrible anticlimax...#hiss

@op...here are some tips...
1... A week before the onset of the cycle,start taking pain meds...I bet you the pain actually starts a week before...it feels like mini contractions.
2... If you wait till the full onset of pain i.e the first day, no amount of ibruprofen/piroxicam will help..I.e if she's even lucky to be able to swallow and keep it down without vomitting.Attack it before it attacks you! Even paracetamol taken slowly in the preceeding week can do wonders!
3... It cannot be overemphasised that a visit to the gynea is important...first to be sure there is no underlying causes eg fibroids,endometriosis,etc but if all is clear...its defo an hormornal issue...some ppl are even placed on a one-a-day contraceptive pill to regulate the hormones and the magical thingy is that violaaa...no pain!
4... Some ppl have it easy, some have is bad...@op tell her sweet things,fizzy drinks,chocolates etc makes it worse (but our sweet-tooth plus 'ojukokoro' no dey gree us comot eye)...excercise helps...esp with the back pain
5... There is no medical proof for this but it helps when you don't have bowel movements...every ounce of your body wants to go but pls abort...I repeat...abort mission...if you go ahead it makes it worse.
6... See a doctor...you can see a speacialist for as cheap as free in a general hosp (that's what I did)
7... Finally, she should consider starting a family, that's the lasting solution but that is if she doesn't have issues with her reproductive organs oooo esp endo and fibroid.
Source...A pain lady who has gone thru this since she was thirteen, had ulcer due to too much pain meds,woke up one morning and said enough is enough carry my pangolo bag run go hospital and is now getting better! Yea...me!!
