Properties / What Does It Take To Set Up A Fully Functional Real Estate Company by FOWOSIRE: 11:37am On Jan 29, 2017
Hi everyone, I would like to know what it takes to start up a fully functional and function able real estate company in Nigeria. Not talking about just some components such as agents or surveyors but rather the full functional company that can accommodate the various components as best as it can. Thank you.

Politics / Re: APC: An Ally Of Corruption by FOWOSIRE: 6:26pm On Aug 21, 2014
Would have hated this thread if it was the first. The fact that the APC's accusations came first made them immature when they can never voted as innocent. For once, you guys should grow up, we are too old to be pointing fingers and playing pointless and baseless party politics. Would they have slacked up on JEG if he was in APC? You guys should just grow up and act like adults, for crying out loud children are watching.

Shut up
Queen Mary's earthly parents were Joachim and Saint Anne

Yeah thanks for the info, though my suggestion was based on mary and not queen mary ( whoever that is), but I will assume we are talking about the same person. And backtracing her origin does not end with the immediate previous generation.

And seriously, don't you think it will be more cool if he truely was from Naij? Azzin the salvation of the world coming through Naij?
Well I for one will be honoured
Religion / Re: Jesus Was From Nigeria: BBC by FOWOSIRE: 11:02pm On Dec 15, 2013
I am not very good with biblical facts and history but come to think of it some ends might be opened in what we know. Jesus was the adopted son of Joseph who was from Judah. Did anyone give a detailed account of Mary's origin. And remembering Jesus was not Joseph's biological son. if his papers were faulty chances are he might not be elected mayor in Judah if miracles were not involved and Mary in parenthood would have contributed a great deal of DNA to his genetic appearance so chances are he must have adopted most of her in colour and other features since she was the dominant physical feature in his parenthood so chances are, if Mary were to be fully accounted for, some more light will be shed in answering the physical possibilties of Jesus. I just hope she is Nigerian so as to confirm my suspicions. More like hope sha. grin
Foreign Affairs / Re: Ghanaian - Nkrumah Is Greater Than Mandela by FOWOSIRE: 3:50pm On Dec 14, 2013
"Greatest" and by far less recognized and celebrated. Why are Ghanians in constant contest and denial? Fact is no one is competing with anybody we are all celebrating a man who lived his life for what he believed in. We love and respect him. And as for the other guy, I haven't even heard of him. By Ghanian standrads maybe the guy, but by the world's Mandela. Obama sef no fit brag where this man dey. Haba na fear God.

Religion / Re: I Have Very Strong Reasons To Believe We Are Not In The Year 2013 AD by FOWOSIRE: 10:58pm On Dec 08, 2013
Wow, you are good but, if confirmations and conclusions are to be made try using the timing of the apostles, evidently they were present with Jesus at some point in life. And about the time change, I was born not too long ago so I didn't notice that change save for some earthquakes I saw on Aljazeera and some eclipse, didn't see any meaning to it.

So u assert that Adam had Jewish features

I hope u jst addressed this Adam and Eve thing for d sake of the topic

Ye ah kind of, cause Adam and Eve are the names in the creation story of the Jews and your question was in line with the Judeochristianic belief, if you asked where white people came from based on yoruba tradition, I am sure I will think up another answer. But based on the Jewish which has been the international standard of creation. Yes that is my answer

Religion / Re: Are All Lawyers Liars? by FOWOSIRE: 2:01pm On Dec 01, 2013
why not? most people in the bible were not pastors, prophets, david was a shepherd appointed by God to be a politician, daniel a politician, paul was a lawyer and God recruited him and I think it was said that he was a upright one too. and.being a lawyer does not necessarily make you a liar.
Religion / Re: Where Do Black People Come From If Adam And Eve Were White...? by FOWOSIRE: 1:55pm On Dec 01, 2013
mutation due to attempts to adapt to their individual environmenrs and also if we are look at the world's creation from judeo-christianic view, we can't exactly claim the first man and woman were white or black, they are at best coloured, jews are not exactly white or black, they are more like darker than white people, with less pointed nose and so on.

Religion / Re: Jesus Was A Drunkard. Yes, He Confessed. by FOWOSIRE: 1:40pm On Dec 01, 2013
Yeah Jesus said it and he is not denying or not claim responsibility for his actions. unfortunately, he is working by a constitution that does not condemn drinking. what is condemned in christuanity with proper understanding is the loss of self in the act. truth is God or Jesus do not need an advocate and do not deny their actions. if you feel their actions are wrong, it is based on your right to your opinion and if you are a muslim, you might as well be angry at one of the prophets, maybe not the last and most powerful but one of God's own as claimed by the Quran. trust me if deeds in the bible are used to judge God, some will admit God should go to hell, at least pharaoh's heart was hardened by him, and he caused a bear to kill some kids because they were laughing at a prophet. so there is no point in advocating or condemning anybody, just pay attention to your relationship with him and leave people to their rights to their choices it wasn't as if he was forcing kids to drink and or others for that matter. so my point is mind your fucking business. peace

It will be mostly against religion in christianity and the true freedom of the soul that Jesus paid the price for. And of course I will preach against those who judge people and clarify the reason judging and the basis of it.
