Hi I have a few questions to ask:

1) I plant to travel on the 21st of December in time for Christmas. I wish to submit on the 5th of December. Is my travel date too close to my application date and Will i be refused based on this?

2) I have a power of attorney document stamped at the court. The documate just states my mum is giving me her property to rent out to tenants. I wish to use this as evidence of my ties to nigeria. I have stated that in my letter i wish to setup my business but at the moment i am unemployed.

3) whats a notarial certificates? Saw it on the "Visitor: supporting documents guide". Is this the same as a power of attorney?

4) The visa asked me to submit evidece of my relationship with my gf, yet they said photographs should not be sent except if requested. How do i deomostrate evidece. I planeed to screenshot facebook pictures of us together.

Yep....it is really strange to build roads without sidewalks. Usually Provisions are made to build sidewalks but due to lack of funds...due to looting or genuine lack of funds. Comprise are made and roads tend to be built without sidewalks.
