The thing is having high BP over this scholarship isn't the best. Some people will be sent regret mail even if they submit unconditional letters, wonderful essays and perfect English language test scores.

This is a highly competitive scholarship and no single factor can be said to be the decider.

If it's your turn to smile, you definitely will. It is also wise that you look at other scholarships as well... Spread your risk.

I eventually put a call through to Abeokuta branch and a pdf copy of 2017 calender was forwarded to me(it is not just on the website yet). So I think I will just do it with them next month.

after checking online (after the 13days window) you can request a hard copy from the British council office where you wrote it...in case you relocate within that 13days, you can go to the British council in the be city and request the hard copy be sent to them for you to collect.

If it's anything like TOEFL once your result is ready you will be notified via mail thereafter you would be sent a hard copy.
