My fellow Nairalanders....them say if we see truth make we talk! they are accusing this man of FRAUD for N150milion right? seriously i feel there is a better way to enforce law in this FCT. If you have "NO HAWKING ZONES" there should equally be "HAWKING ZONES" where hawkers should be allowed to hawk without being chased. Besides, a law that is enforced by AGBEROS and former HOODLUMS can hardly be enforced appropriately. Have seen where these AGBEROS chase these hawkers as if they were thieves. now see where this has landed the lil boy that was just out to hustle for his daily bread. |
