i concede that the roads are usually flooded annually...i stay in yenagoa so it's not a matter of visiting. Honestly tho, d leaders shoulda propped up a soln to this flooding ish, it's ridiculous! It's like they forget flooding as an issue immediately the rains stop and resume discussion the next rainy season

Rivers state, even with its faults and with higher land mass has better road network so dt is not an excuse

Actually rates are fixed...there's a rate for a range ...for example, 5-10million might have a rate of 6.7%P.A...if the person is fixing a reasonable amount, the RSM for that customer might apply for a concessionary rate for the customer, meaning that the bank might give the person higher rate because they really don't want to lose that Fixed deposit...

Lol...I don't think 3% P.A exists anywhere tho, zenith bank has one of the lowest interest rates but they still no dey do dt kain low rate...probably the agent was not giving you correct details cause GTB has a higher rate than zenith bank for sure

That means they can give over 30% per annum...and you are saying that if you are fixing higher amount you can negotiate a higher rate?? I believe the agent you spoke to didn't understand your question fully or you didn't understand her fully, don't know which one it is but I'm pretty sure there was a misunderstanding somewhere.. Either that or the agent no just know anything

there is no flat in Nigeria that rents for more than $500k a year or sells for more than $10m and I say $10m because I am being generous. The most expensive I have heard of was $4m...to buy!!!! Eko pear towers flats are small, the biggest flats are 3 bedroom so I cant imagine the penthouse having more than 4-5 bedrooms. There is no way it can rent for more than $500k a year!!! rent is isually between 5 and 10% of the value of the flat! to say a flat rents for $5m a year is to say the flat is worth between $50m and $100m. how much did it cost to erect the whole tower?

Relax bros. No be quarrel. Firstly, I was merely pointing out that the said apartment was the penthouse of eko hotels, not just any apartment. I never said it worth that amount. It might, it might not. A simple check on google or ringing up eko suites can end this una debate. Let me reiterate, I don't care if the eko hotels as a whole sef cost up to that amount to rent, it isn't going to add to my networth.
