Case officer says and I quote, in your CV you claimed to have a bachelors degree in Sociology from university of Ibadan, kindly provide evidence for your claims in form of transcript showing name, candidate Number, date of entry and completion, degree obtained and courses done. Abeg what does it mean, perhaps I thought I sent my transcript already?
Do you think I will be denied? I plan to send my transcript again, and the lady says I must do it in 28 days, does it mean I have to wait 28 days again before she carry my application even if I send it tomorrow?

Hi bros, I have a big issue, I am onshore and I am currently applying for my second visa subclass 573. In my first form 80 I filled a different date of birth for my Mum and Dad and another diffrent date in this new application, it was not my fault, I did not cram their DOB so I only relied on information at two different times. What will I do? It seems this one I currently filled is actually the correct one. Do you think in extending my stay the two will be accessed side by side?

After all said and done,a private owned refinery is a nice way to go for the FG. But I still have my reservations due to the fact that being a private business, the refinery will be looking to make profit,so where does that leave the masses. We will still buy fuel at high rate. And Dangote we all know being a capitalist that he is will not bring the price down,instead he'll be looking to monopolize the oil sector like he did to the cement sector,then we'll practically start feeding out of his hands.And who's that dude talking about him being on the Top 10 in Forbes list,he's going to be number 1 in the world in the next 10 years or so!

I swear, that man is a thinker who is basically thinking well for his gains, he will reach no1 soon, do you know the billions he earns from cement and food stuff? Now oil, he will take over Africa. Imagine CBN getting 6 bn dollars from him yearly, add that to the fertafertiliser company plus his Dangote group.... he will slowly crawl and take over everything in Africa. My question is what are my chances of getting student visa since my course is not related to social work and didn't acquire any experience in the field.

I am sorry you do not qualify for a masters of social work. There are certain criteria which you must meet. One whicb certainly rules you out is your first degree. You should study Psychology, social work, sociology, philosophy, counselling or any closely related social science course. You need 7 overall in IELTS, and extensive police check.

Did the DSS contravene any law or disobeyed the court by re-arresting Sambo Dasuki? I don't think so. The Court judgement of December 21 granted Sambo Dasuki and others bail in a N9billion fraud case. Though Dasuki and others were released from prison after meeting bail condition, he was re-arrested after stepping out of prison.

We have to note that the bail was respected by the DSS but unfortunately for him(Dasuki), the judgement of the court didn't grant him any immunity from further arrest. Hence, the government committed no offence in re-arresting him. But why is he even looking for bail when he should be more concerned with clearing his name as regards the $2.2billion arms fund that he allegedly looted with his friends? Why should a "big thief" be using bail to walk free while a poor man languish in prison for years on "awaiting-trial"? I think the government should be encouraged to re-arrest him each time he's granted bail.

I don't believe in abuse of the law but I believe that people should be encouraged to keep off from crimes while the government must be encouraged to fight alleged criminals with the law irrespective of who the perpetrator is.

It is my opinion that Messrs Kanu, Dasuki and others should prepare their defence and prove their innocence before the judge.

One thing about you is, you are not a lawyer, you know nothing about the law, the only thing you do is come here with your uninformed and irrelevant opinions. Now who said the court has freed Dasuki or Kanu? No one said so. What the legal counsel of this two are staking for is a bail application which is a fundermental right of every one. Whatever trail or case can continue after the court has granted them bail to gain their freedom and still continue the case. Just 2 days agoe Bill Cosby in the U.S. Was granted bail for allegedly raping over 40women through his life, court granted him bail of 1 million dollars and he was released. Did the court say they won't continue the trail? No. When we come as informed people and celebrate the president sitting in a media chat and convicting people based on a crime that has not been convicted by the court of law is a total slap on the Judiciary and one which the Judges must resist or else they loose their relevance. In the mind of Bihari he won't accept anything other than the conviction of the two said people which is absolutely wrong and cannot be accepted. Everyone must have faith in the courts as they are the only recognized institution for convicting a suspect. People are out to celebrate the media chat of such where no serious issue was given a serious answer, for Nigerian residents, it is a shame the way we let passion and sentiments out law reason and due process.

The massive looting that took place during GEJ's tenure has finally brought Nigeria to its knees. Greece would be child's play come 2016. The wicked Jonathan government fleeced our money when oil prices were sky high. The price is now projected to be at $20/barrel in the first quarter of 2016.

Now is the time for Buhari to be decisive and put this wicked, insensitive, clueless, heartless, corrupt and pouchy man in jail.
