I am so happy I made the decision to leave Nigeria.

Nigeria is such a meaningless country. Just imagine what people are rejoicing over. Retuning a failed government to power... people don’t even think. Politicians are not the problem, the Nigerian people are. The moment I get the last member of my family out if that country, that’s it. The reason I still watch the news is because some of my family still live there.

I finally got a response from the case officer saying she has received the the documents and that my application is undergoing further checks and that she cannot give a timeline to this but they hope to get it sorted out soon.

Dear friends with that mail I finally give up, I have also an offer in the California State University so I guess that will be it. I can't be wanting to spend my money to go to school and still bullied around for no just reason. Who knows how long useless checks will take and have me waste my time for nothing.

Thanks Nairalanders for all, I won't withdraw my application but rather I will just forget it as if no application was ever made.

Most times , the attachment might not send.

Pls what should I do DIBP e-mailed me on 25th January saying my transcript is not included in my application, I immediately e-mailed it to them on 26th, they gave me 28 days of which I submitted on the next day, ever since then no response at all, I am cut of the opinion that I should mail them, another part of me says I should wait till 22nd Feb which is 28 days window, guys pls advice me, what will happen to my visa? Has anyone experienced this sort of stuff? Will it be after the 28 days b4 they take my case or what?

Seriously I need to ask, has anyone ever received notification for request of more documents like myself, 2 weeks has gone after receiving this notification and subsequently sending the documents still no reply from DIBP, will I wait till the 28 days elapse before having any hope?

Thanks Bro, I hope she replies, I am tired of all this visa tins, the tension is too much. If dem go grant me make dem grant me, if dem go deny make dem deny. Haba! The wait is uncalled for.

I am the most frustrated guy on the planet, after waiting so long all the case officer can do is ask for transcript that I am sure I included in my application. They asked and even after submitting just barely 24 hours after I am still waiting till now 9 days has gone and nothing heard and 22nd Feb is fast approaching.

No reply after submitting the transcript as requested by the CO, I hate this tensed wait.

I don't understand how someone sends document only for CO to say it is not available, it is really annoying because I am sure I did, if my CO was not patient, she could have decided negatively on my visa without asking for it, she has now asked which I sent and no word from her till now.

My heart is on my chest, I still can't imagine why my CO was asking for my transcript after I think I have sent all documents necessary, my mind is totally confused as to if I really sent it, anyway let me believe I did not, but friends the CO said she was already accessing my application and my CV states I have a degree in sociology, she said she needs evidence to support that in form of transcripts which I have now sent via email, I just hope and pray that I get the grant, I sent it like 48hours after getting her mail. May God help me! Amen

Am so so tensed I can't even stop thinking. It is frustrating that instead of getting a grant this week this probable mistake of No transcript will delay me or even cost me my visa. So annoying
