DC unlocker can't detect the mifi without downgrading the firmware first cos there is no com port to communicate with the mifi. Downgrading however may be direct(as with older firmwares) or indirect (newer firmwares signed and locked)

Looking for how to unlock 320? Some one on the Internet has been magnanimous (I'm not so nice like that) enough to share the unlocking procedure. All it takes is a simple Google search: goo. gl /Ie ROIS

NB: you'll loose your IMEI, serial number and Web UI, you'll have to rewrite it to the mifi and install the Russian or Iranian Web UI to get USSD and Network mode back

MKey will unlock it if you get it to work, the Indian guys that developed it are keen on making huge money from it. Buying the complete kit is $199, i tried circumventing the fee but to no avail.

Depending on your location and your knowledge of unlocking modems, you can contact me on whatsapp. It may be hard working with a newbie.

I still paid him for the 322 I just unlocked, it's been a while I had it and I just had to do it.

Not everyone get business unlocking mifi, una lot go still go computer village to pay to get it unlocked. So you can't sit here forming lazy butt and expect tutorial.

You ever cared to ask where the OP of this thread is? I offered him a solution after he don do his assignment, several other guys from this thread. Na one of them dey follow me talk nonsense cos I wasn't replying on time.

So yes, I'll still charge anyone lazy enough to contact me for unlocking.

In as much as I could share instructions, I'll only share my challenges and how I tackled them. Some users are here waiting for free info, exploiting the hard work, time and money put into this.

Abi how person go start to dey yab me cos I no reply him whatsapp messages on time or someone who having disclosed he already unlocked 20 devices (making money definitely) continues to disturb me on any issue he has. I no be customer care, abeg, I'm a business man first before any other thing.

Always insist that they activate the 10gb plan on the mifi itself, not the phone at their office. The other 10gb is the 100% new device data bonus offer, so you only get it when the 5k/10gb plan is activated in a new device, in this case, it means your new mifi.

What the stupid MTN agents do is to activate it on their own phone at the office, before transferring the sim to your mifi. That way, you don't get the other 10gb.

Great job frebor, sorry about the bottle necks as usual that's how it always is at the beginning, but let me ask did you use the 322 usbloader bin file? or are you still working with the one for the 320? cos there might be some model specific components that will either allow it work or not...

Not quite, it only came with 10GB. Mine from last month came with 10GB too and I was lucky enough to get the 10GB later after going back and forth with customer care on 180 and on Twitter. Lucky in the sense that I already gave up on it, but when I did another plan on the sim, the 10GB device bonus just show up.

The guy wey get the sim get talk with dem Mtn now if he get their time.

Thanks for the links, but I've even dug deeper than just those.

First link, the procedure is not not complete. There is still a few other things that wasn't mentioned, you need two firmware files (downgrade and upgrade) and no instructions how to unlock proper. Knowledge from previous unlocks will sort that out.

As instructed by Amadika, the usblsafe loader should be used, so that I don't loose the webui (I plan to keep the mtn web ui this time as I never get a hang of the extraction thingy) The routerunlock.com guy asked for $10 for that particular loader file so I dug deeper again to find the particular ones that works with the 322 and found on the balong development page on Github.com

That web ui won't work probably, it has to be from the same E5573cs family. I don't even plan to use any other web ui this time around, I'm sticking with the default one

Downloaded that 21.318 firmware and it won't even work, error 13 update failed. Tried like three different ones and the files from the 320, no show.

Thing is I'm tired sef going round in circles, it's for a client and i have to deliver on time.
