They actually have, its new though. Check your account tab on the app, you'll see Aliexpress pocket, you can buy and keep in your account and use for purchases anytime. Refunds are instant too, you don't have to wait for days and no shortchange wahala.

An average 10000mAh power bank has up to 5 18650 cylindrical cells, more compact ones can have 3 but are mostly expensive.

A 10000mAh power bank is mostly sufficient as it does not replace NEPA, I hardly deplete mine but I try to once in a while to keep the cells working fine.

I felt the eUSB sofun 9 will suit my needs, but Notwithstanding I may go with your suggestions. One thing I want to know, what kind of Inverter setup will 30k afford me? Considering that the state of power in Nigeria presently is almost comatose. Thanks

There are several power banks that suits your needs, top example is the Romoss eusb sofun series. They are quite expensive and will only make sense if you're looking at portability. You can always carry it around and your devices get topped up on the go.

For the same cost of these power banks (~30k), you can either buy a small generator or do a small inverter setup, you'll be able to power a range of devices apart from your phone and laptop.

While phones are able to charge over a variety of chargers pushing different currents (5V: 1A/1.5A/1.8A/2.1A), laptops are designed to take a fixed input from designated chargers. Your laptop is likely 19V/2.3A, it works best with this and only this.
The power banks, albeit called smart or whatever, operate a range voltages and can hamper the power board of your laptop over time due to irregular current/ voltage.

Your best bet, in my humble opinion, is to get a good power bank for just your phone (Anker Astro E5 16000mAh will be perfect), you'll get 4 charges conveniently on a 3000mah phone. You can get most of your browsing, word processing and multimedia done on your phone, and you schedule the limited time you get on your laptop for really important stuffs.

If those chargers are the original ones that came with your phone brand new, they should work perfectly given that the circuits have not been partially fried with surges from generators or mains supply. Else, it'll send static thru your phone and other devices, you may notice a jumpy touch-screen on your phone.

If you're gonna get a charger, it better be a smart charger. They come with a chip inside which intelligently detects the input current of the connected devices to maximize both compatibility and charging speed.

For a phone that sold for 50k plus when dollar was still N200+, 38k is not bad for a used deal.
