sniperwolf: That's NOT possible
Fourcade: I subscribed yesterday.I had 1500 in my acct so they collected N1400 instead sad.I notice that when i dial *141*712*0#,the mb left is lower compared to that of *123*10#.Why the difference? undecided
Its definitely possible and thats the way it always is.Note that 1024mb equals 1GB so when you dail *123*10#, you get the exact amount of megabytes remaining on your account. Dialing *141*712*0# presents you with the rounded up figure of your balance. So if the other says you have 1.0Gb, the othher might say you have 1057mb or thereabt

JoikuSpot requires Ad Hoc WLAN mode to
enable web connection and most of our android (and some other) devices can't connect to ad hoc hotspots. Joikuspot is not a "real" WLAN-Hotspot. Instead it uses the so called "Ad hoc" network to connect WLAN devices. This is due to a restriction in the Symbian OS.

The problem is that Android generally does not
support this WLAN "Ad Hoc" Network. Some
People have hacked their devices (rooted and
replaced system files) to enable "Ad Hoc" but
such a hack does not exist for all phones.

The Galaxy SII can create a infrastructure mode WiFi hotspot. Most Android phones that have 2. 2 or newer have this feature built- in unless it has been disabled. The Access Point is
infrastructure mode with WPA2 security, which most devices will connect to.

PoliticsRe: Mr President, Was The 2011 Subsidy Fund Used To Finance The April Elections? by frebor(op): 10:45am On Jan 26, 2012
Information recently made available
to 247ureports.com through sources within the power corridors of the federal capital of Nigeria, Abuja, indicates that there appear
jolting intricacies laden within the sudden quantum-like spike in oil subsidy payments to select oil marketers/importers during the
period immediately preceeding the
presidential elections of April 2011 [February to April 2011] and the period immediately following the said elections [April to August 2011] – which coincided with the arrival of Ngozi Okonjo Iweala as the Finance Minister for the Ministry of Finance in August 17, 2011. A principal and knowledgeable source within the Jonathan administration indicates that the
sudden “quantum-leap” in the payment of oil subsidy payments was not a mistake. “The President knew about it” said the source who
explained that fake submissions for oil subsidy payments were approved and disbursements were made – and the monies were used
towards financing the President’s election of 2011. On the afternoon of January 11,
2011,  two days to the Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] presidential primaries at the Eagles Square in Abuja, the source, pointed to the
huge ["staggering"] amount withdrawn from the Central Bank of Nigeria [CBN] for “classified” expenditure. The sum withdrawn,
according to the source, was in excess of N150billion. The money was withdrawn for use
against the threat posed by the PDP opponent [Abubakar Atiku] to President Jonathan. Atiku was said to be in a critical race against the
president for delegates. The Jonathan campaign had received intelligence the Atiku campaign reached out to 3000 delegates and
had disbursed the sum of $3000 to each delegate in exchange for their votes [3000 delegates would give Atiku the victory over Jonathan]. In reaction, the Presidency had to
raise immediate ‘cash’ to avert what would appear an embarrassing loss. Within 24hours, the President’s campaign team raised the booty on Atiku – by offering each of the 3000 delegates $7000 in exchange for their votes – an equivalent total of $21million
[N3.381billion]. The $7,000 was paid in foreign currency and an additional amount of N250,000 in local currency was handed to each
of the 3000 delegates for “hotel and transport” costs – equivalent to a total of N750million. On the night of January 13, 2011, on the day of the PDP presidential primaries, the sum of N4.13billion [N750million + N3.381billion] was disbursed by the Jonathan campaign. And so victory was secured. Following the victory at the Eagles Square, the President’s campaign
re-focused its attention to consultations [taming] with political groups within the North who were unhappy with Jonathan’s candidacy and believed that President
Jonathan should have stepped
down for a northern candidate – in
line with the zoning agreement
previously reached by the party. For
this, the president’s men made extensive consultations with each
of the Emirs in Northern Nigeria and
with other leaders of thought in the
north. Confidential information
available to 247ureports.com
reveals that the consultation exercises, by the end of January
2011, cost the President’s
campaign an excess of N500million. The Jonathan campaign took an
interesting turn as it
entered February 2011. A fleet of
private Jets was leased from four
major carriers -King Airlines, Wings
Aviation, Top Brazz and Overland – for use towards the national
campaign. The normal charge for
per hour of each aircraft was $6000
per hour – and the Jets operated at
70 hours per week. The Jonathan
campaign paid the rate of $10,000 per hour - for the period
of 10weeks – equating to an
amount of N100million daily –
totaling to an equivalent of
N10.5billion for the said period. Then came the February 14, 2011
billionaires meeting where the 28-
member Presidential Campaign
Council [PCC] was set up at the Eko
Hotel in Lagos. The billionaires
consisted of Aliko Dangote, Otedola, Adenuga, Elumelu, Jimoh
Ibrahim, Emeka Offor, Kasim Bukar,
Sayyu Dantata, Jim Ovia and others.
And as the PCC which was
primarily tasked with raising funds
for the campaign began work in February of 2011, the oil subsidy
requests for payment also began to
experience a quantum leap from
the budgeted N245billion to
N1.7trillion. Interestingly, the Petroleum
Resources Minister, Mrs Allison
Madueke and the Finance Minister,
Mrs Okonjo Iweala while testifying
before the House of
Representative Committee investigating the Oil Subsidy funds
management indicated that the
amount disbursed as at February
2011 was N245billion – and that
begining from March 2011 the
amounts submitted for approval suddenly surged. Explaining the surge, the
source pointed to the personalities
within the 28-member billionaire
PCC as directly responsible for
the surge from N245billion to
N1.7trillion. According to the source, shortly following the
formation of the PCC, Sayyu
Dantata, a member,  through his
company, MRS Oil submitted a
N225billion oil subsidy request for
payment, Femi Otedola, through his company, AP, submitted a
N105billion oil subsidy request for
payment, a ‘mysterious’
construction company by the name
Pinnacle Construction also
submitted a claim for N300billion – during the same period. It was during the same period
that Stella Odua Ogiemwonyi who
was one of the leaders in the
Jonathan campaign organization
filed a claim that she had spent her own personal money to the tuned of N5billion – for the maintenance of the campaign secretariat.  Stella Odua Ogiemwonyi is the Chief Executive Officer of Sea Petroleuma nd Gas. Interestingly,  her company submitted claims for oil subsidy payments in excess of
N5billion. Her claim was
approved and paid. Cursory inquiry confirms that a
significant percentage of the claims submitted by the members of the PCC were fraudulent. The
fraudulent oil subsidy claims freed
the President’s ability to spend in a manner deemed unprecedented by
informed experts. On March 16, 2011, the
campaign released N55million to a
media company [name withheld] for
a single advertisement slot. By
March 31, 2011, the campaign paid
N7.3billion in advertisements. On March 28, 2011, it donated one car
and one bus to each of the 36
chapters around the country and
the FCT – along with a cash donation
of N14million to each chapter
[totaling N518million]. In monetary terms, its equates to a little over
N1billion. Between April 12 and April
15, 2011, the campaign disbursed
N107billion. When approached regarding the
sourceof the exobitant spending,
the Director of the Neighbor to
Neighbor Initiative [the main NGO
funding and managing the Jonathan campaign], Mr. Mike Omeri stated the donations came from online
contributors. Comparing the yearly trendings of the oil subsidy claims submitted from 2006 to 2011, highlights the
anomaly  in the oil subsidy claims
between March 2011 and August
2011. In 2006, subsidy claims was submitted for 26.9million liters of
petrol for the amount N200billion,
in 2008, subsidy claims was
submitted for 33.4million liters of
petrol for the amount N630billion,
and for 2010, subsidy claims was submitted for less than 33million
liters of petrol for a little
over N600billion. And so it begs the question , What the President knew about the N1.76trillion subsidy payment.

PoliticsRe: Collection Of Honourable Patrick Obahiagbon Grammars by frebor(m): 12:09pm On Mar 12, 2011
Welcome to NTA live
from the national assembly …
honorable Patrick Obahiagon …
also known as igodo migodo.
You are welcome, sir.
O: The pleasure is mine, Bosede
B: so, how are u today?
0: Very good. In a proper order.
Very ready. Always ready for
parliamentary work.
B: I know you were at the Edo
state house of assembly. So how
has your experience in the state
assembly prepared you for the
challenges of the national
assembly?
O: Fantastic. Don’t forget I did 8
years at the Edo state house of
assembly and by the grace of the
don apticate of the universe, that
opportunity has assisted me
colossally in dotting the
parliamentary “I s” and crossing
the legislative “T s” and has put
me in good speed for the due
discharge of my parliamentary
onnus probandi ……, because
when you examine the
relationship between parliament
at the state level and parliament
at the national assembly, the
difference, if any, is one of a
twoodledum and twidlydim, little
or no difference.
The only difference of course
being that, whereas in the state
house of assembly you only
impact on a micro pedestal plane,
at the national assembly, you are
talking at a macro level. So if you
ask me, there is a dialogical
rapport between parliament at
the state level and parliament at
the national level. It is one of a
micro cossum in a macro
cossum.
So in a nutshell, I want to say that
my experience in serving as a
legislator for 8 years, and my
experience when I was leader of
the Edo state house of assembly
for 4 years, put me certainly in
good speed for this assignment
at the national level.
B: Is that why you have been a
vibrant member of this national
assembly as it were?
O: Partly yes. Partly yes. It is terra
ferma for me and not terra
incognita. It is familiar to me and
once you were ceased of the
muances of parliamentary
discourse and discobolus it
follows therefore that it will be
familiar to you too, partly …but
again, partly it is equally
responsible …, for the fact that
you cannot succeed as a
parliamentarian if you are not
cosmopolitan. You must be
prepared to immerse yourself in
societal dialectics for you to be
able to contribute efficaciously in
a utilitarian modus.
So, if you are a parliamentarian
and you don ’t go through the
ritual of even reading
newspapers, you don’t bathe
yourself in the aqua of the
political cross currents, then you
are going to be deuced, you are
going to be paralytic in your
contributions. So yes, my
experience in the state of
assembly has been responsible
for my vibrancy in one breathe.
At another breathe, my desire to
perpetually entrench myself in
political, social and intellectual
currents have equally contributed
in its own stead.
B: So in essence, what challenge
are you giving to your other
colleagues?
O: Sactas Simplicitas. They must
avoid regular big stouting ,
suyaing , big stouting and
peppersouping. Those are not
the real issues. They must be
prepared to immerse themselves
in societal dialectics. They must
put their nose to the grind stone.
Chief Obafemi Awolowo the
ikene philosopher said the
difference between me and my
other colleagues, was that when
my other colleagues are
cavorting in the dark alleys, I am
in my library working myself 19
to the dozen.
You cannot succeed in life if you
are not disciplined. You must be
puritanical in your
predisposition, you must engage
in an exercise of self purification
and mortification, you must
engage in an exercise of self
abnegation, you must engage in
an exercise of spiritual
emulation. You must discipline
the flesh. You must conquer the
flesh. You must allow the spiritual
aspect of you preponderate the
material aspect, especially when
you have been chosen to
represent the people. So that at
the end of the day, you can really
say: vendi, vidi, vicki
B: what is the meaning of that?
O: I came, I saw, I conquered.
B: Sir,just like I told you that you
are vibrant contributor to
debates on the floor of the house
at times does it really bother you
whether the people get to
understand what you say
because of those big big
grammar.
O: Well, let me say that I have
been maniatally bewildered, in
the words of Peter Pan,
“ overghasted and
flabberwhelmed” when I am
confronted by people as to what
they stigmatize as my
verbabodical dimosophy
gyrations .But let me use this
opportunity to say that I have
never set out …, I don’t
deliberately set out to confuse
my audience. Certain you want
me to be dumb, when I talk, they
just come, misuse less packadoo .
I bet you don ’t give what you
don’t have, what I have, I give.
B: So what is your parting word
to Nigerians?
O: My parting word to Nigerians
is to be patient with the
president of the country
President, Umaru Musa Y ’aradua.
I appreciate that a lot of people
at this time are becoming very
critical in assessing the president
because they believe that 8
months is enough to chart a
visionary trajectory. I share those
sentiments, but at the same time,
let us not forget that the country
was in a state of economical
quagmaya, political
fantasmagorie and social stupor
at the time the president came
on board. So I appeal to
Nigerians to be a little bit patient
with him.
But at the same time, I want to
appeal to Mr. President to see the
victory in the cause as a wake up
challenge, for him to leave the
position of recupensy into one of
recusansy. 8 months, people
should be able to say “this is the
direction of Mr. President”. 8
months, people should be able to
say “Mr. President’s stance for
this”. There is a difference
between amiability; there is a
difference between decency and
activism. The president must
leave his position of political, and
social and administrative lethargy
and take the driver ’s seat.
As Mr. President, he drives, and
others follow. So whereas I
appeal to Nigerians to be patient
with him, I equally call on Mr.
President to ascend the
challenges of governance, and he
cannot do that except he take
the driver ’s seat as the political
do edger, the political emir of
trans Jordan, and the political
major dobo, the buck ……

He waits for me to say something. But, I don’t. He takes out four meat pies and a
bottle of orange
drink out of the bag.
I didn’t even know they have meat pies in America! This man
must think he’s smart.
Back in Lagos, when Tunde did something
wrong, he would
run to Mr. Biggs and buy me meatpies and fanta. I can never say no to meatpie & fanta. My friend sand family used to joke that with
me, there was no
damage that some
meatpies and Fanta couldn’t repair.
But, I’m no longer the Lagos Bose. Tunde has
turned me into a different Bose. I ignored the food.
“If you won’t talk to me, atleast eat, ”he
pleads. I walk away from him and his food. He sighs in
frustration and looks at me for a very long time. For a few moments, he was like my Tunde in Lagos. Tears were floating in his eyes. When I glanced at him, he looked away as if ashamed.
“Please, Bose eat . I’m begging you, ”he pleads again. I ignore him. He stays a few more moments, lets out a deep, sad sigh
and leaves. I was so hungry I devoured the meat pies and fanta as soon as I hear him drive away.
Sandra woke me up
several hours later. “You have a call, ”she said as she handed me the telephone. One of my old neighbors was on the phone. His
name is Oliver.

PoliticsRe: US Confirmed Receiving Warning From Father - Nigerian Bomber by frebor(m): 8:20am On Jan 04, 2010
Umar flew
frm: Yemen> Dubai> Nig>
Amsterdam> US.
1. Is US tellin us dat d
security
of all these places is so so
poor? cos he should hav
been carrying his bomb along
somehow, Haba!
2. Why didnt Umar
bomb the plane while
preparin d bomb for about
30mns in d toilet? He should
hav if indeed hes a suicide
bomber.
3. We've heard from
passengers on the plane on
CNN, cant
we hear from Umar also? I'm
sure he is no dumb head.
So if we are already denying
n disapprovin him of his
action then u neva can tell.
We'll keep our hands
crossed n wait til d Jan 10
hearin.
This could hav been a US
inner propaganda, they'll
make n break countries in d
name of the UN.
They could capitalize on one
of the countries Umar has
been thru n call us terrorist.
His fathers report to the FBI
could hav been their tip off
for a potential candidate.
Hav we ever had a rethink
that havin destroyed their
WTC, to propel the
deployment of their troops to
the
Arabian Peninsula! n siphonin
their oil. Bombs hav killed
more civilians- children,
women- than soldiers in
there war torn countries.
I really wonder who the
terrorist is!
