Bigchris01: I read through the comment section and see some people talking about being lured into military to fight against Ukraine, that’s a big lie, there are over 70,000 population of Africans living in Russia 🇷🇺 and 30,000 are Nigerians according to Nigeria embassy in Moscow they’ve not lured those ones into fighting or maybe their citizens why on earth would you think they will bother themselves to fund university education for 5,000? I understand everyone is scared of Russia but the US y’all feel is the messiah the govt usually make policies to stop black Africans from coming to their country most especially Nigeria to be precise, just today I saw news where Trump is making policy to allow white South Africans to come to the US and boycotted the blacks y’all should better know who mean well for you instead of attaching yourselves to a country where the government is finding every means to stop you from coming to their country True. Like the ones below performing their university T placement with AK47 on the frontline of Ukraine. Better dont send people to their death

Gone are they days person de hustle Cannary Wharf, now na up North, you go flex taya 😂 Current SWV salary threshold is above the country's median rate. Not many employers in places outside london, the south east or the big cities can sponsor. Those who find sponsorship outside the big higher income cities are often those on jobs where the home office allows discounted salaries. How many employers in Wales will cover the cost of sponsorship and pay over £40k pa? |

WriteerNg: That is the recent one. The recent Prisoner exchange format agreed in Instabul last year.
They agreed to exchange 1000-1000 prisoners. [b]Before that it was 5000 to 230 or 1800 to 74.[ /b] cho cho everywhere ....show proof? this is not X where you talk and it gets retweeted without question. I told you it is 1-1 and showed you proof using a Russian platform, you show your proof. Prisoner exchanges are done through intermediaries, so the information is easily found online. Cannot be hidden by Russia or Ukraine. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Russia Will Seize Assets Of Western Companies In Retaliation - Kremlin Warns by Fred2020: 10:11am On Oct 03, 2025 |
WriteerNg: Of course X is better. There are more inteligent and internationally exposed people there. Not du11 Nigerians such as yourself. I feel like my IQ reduces whenever I argue with folks here.
So Russia hides their casualties count but Ukraine doesn't? Tell us again, who keeps asking for more troops? Who keeps mobilizing and abducting men off the streets? Who keeps asking for more air defense systems, more this, more that? The one winning right?
Russia regularly targets troop deployment housing of Ukranian and foreign troops. I can't count the number of confirmed strikes of such gatherings, even training grounds, Russia strikes all. Even Ukranians confirm it. Casualties are usually in their hundreds. I posted one last month.
Ukraine has never matched Russia 1-1 in living Prisoners.
All the prisoner exchange was in this format 5000 Ukrainains for 230 Russians.
Even dead bodies swap is usually 1000 Ukrainains for 19 Russians.
Google it and don't quote me again. I just showed you evidence from a government backed Russian platform that living troops are exhanged 1-1 between Russia and Ukraine. This is not X, where you speak without good proof and talk loads of propaganda about Russia winning yet being stuck in the same regions in Ukraine for 3 years. Show me proof from any news media that living troops are exchanged 5-1 between Russia and Ukraine. Even show me 2-1 |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Russia Will Seize Assets Of Western Companies In Retaliation - Kremlin Warns by Fred2020: 9:54am On Oct 03, 2025 |
WriterrNg: They had 1 million casualties but the bodies exchange deal tell a different story. 1000 dead Ukranian soldiers returned in exchange for 20 dead Russian soldiers. This exchange has happened more than 30 times in that ratio margin.
Even prisoner swap is usually 5000 Ukrainains vs 400 Russians.
So where did you keep those dead 1 million people? Did you eat them all?
You should be worried about America that is on the brink of a civil war. One wrong move from Trump is all it'll take. This is why X is a better platform for you. You will find people to will reason the way you reason without questioning what you say. Ukraine & Russia have always swapped living prisoner on a one-to-one basis. These things are done through intermediaries so the numbers are publicly available. Dead troops, though are useless in the conflict and for an autocracy like Russia is considered classified information as it can easily be a lightning rod for discontent. So it is very much in Russia's interest to receive less corpses and return more...serves for propaganda, reduces the chances of a revolt and reduces payout to the familities of the decease. However, common sense would indicate that if Ukraine can match Russia 1-1 for living prisioners, it can also do the same for corpses. You dont have to think much to figure this out., Go and X and see how loads are of the famout Russian meat-waves are being picked off by Ukraine

You mean say person wey lose $4 trillion, hundreds of thousands of troops (both NATO troops and theirs) and 20 whole years. Then finally fled shamefully, even leaving thousands of equipment behind. Trump is even threatening Taliban to return those equipments till this day.
You mean that one is better than Russia that lost one quarter of that? And spent less than 10 years there? Stay hear spewing cheap propaganda. Soviet defeat in Afghanistan's broke the soviet Union to pieces. Ukraine will grind the larger piece into smaller pieces with time. WriterrNg: Yeah just like Afghanistan would have battled inside US.
A ragtag barefooted goat herders decimated the US and sent them running after 20 years.
Even though the US had the financial and military backing of the entire NATO and Japan and Co. They all sent troops and weapons to help the US.
Afghanistan received no single support yet they won the US.
The US is so cunning that they like to pick wars far away from their homeland so as not to have their cities destroyed. Knowing fully well that Afghanistan is 2 oceans away from the US, so they can't strike back.
The Taliban who barely had any tank or aircraft had no missile that could strike US mainland.
It's easy to call yourself powerful when you go out making trouble and the people you fight don't know where you live or how to get to where you live.
If they're truly powerful they should start a war with their next door neighbor Mexico and see how it ends for them. Better than Russia that was not only roundly beaten in Afghanistan, also broke the russina empire to pieces, reeling from outright defeat by Afghan forces. Today, Putin is embrassing himself by trying to gather the broken pieces of the soviet empire...none of the ex-soviet states want to return to the russian world...its ovious. Putin is like a toxic ex that does not understand a relationship is over. |

Ukraine isn't decimated but Zelensky comes online to cry every 2 days? Have you seen him lately, he's looking older than my grandpa.
Let the US try decimating ragtag goat herders Taliban or the Houthis then we can talk.
🤡 🤡 🤡 🤡 🤡 🤡 Russia is a big embarassment. Nuclear weapon aside, Ukraine would have batted Russia aside. Even with the restrictions to weapons Ukraine is allowed to use in Russia and Russia receiving North Korean, chinese and iranian gadgets plus 10s of thousands of troops from North Korea, the frontline is largely a stalemate. Take this your propaganda to X. You will find people dull enough to believe it. |

NB - I’m not in the medical/healthcare field. I am not in either field either, but facing the prospect of being locked in a 10-year restrictive visa (during which there is likely to be more changes before the 10 years is up) and being on a temporal visa that would need to be renewed every few years, for me it is a wakeup call to seriously consider the alternatives. You also need to consider the fact that on the balance of probabilities you are more likely to have a breakdown in a relationship with your employer or a more servitude-like conditions once your employer realises they have to put up with you for 10 years and not many other other employers can offer you a SWV on a high salary band. I also dont intend to renounce my Nigerian citizenship. You can sit tight and be slow-boiled, or you can smell the coffee and seek out what your alternatives are as a back up plan at least |

The way the UK is now, spend less, stockpile on cash to give yourself the possibility to explore an alternative course of action. Avoid any long term investment that cannot be salvaged or easily exited. Very cruel and little sense in locking people into a restrictive SWV for 10years & that is not even the worse thoughts out there. They are threatening more restrictions! Last, last many of their changes will push many of the tax paying migrants who are not dependent on benefits away and leave then stuck with the one they house and pay a stipend to from day 1. Since they have been aggressively pushing these policies, legal migration has declined rapidly while illegal migration has increase sharply. Common sense should have prevailed that the approach isnt right, but not here. |

tensazangetsu20: Per capita income doesnt mean anything if the money isn’t entering your pocket. The UK’s per capita income is 60000 dollars. How many Nigerians in the uk earn up to 30000 dollars a year. My first job in chile with a chilean company was paying me more than that. I still maintain my stance though. What I have achieved in chile in two years on a student visa with the restrictions on my visa I wont achieve it in any European country in 10 years with permanent residency maybe except Switzerland cause it’s the only country in Europe with high salaries and low taxes. You've been blessed by God in Chile, there are many blessed by God in the UK and other European...leave the noise they make on nairaland about everybody doing minimum wage jobs, same way there are those doing minimum wage jobs in Chile. Regardless, using an objective metric of wealth per head as capital income adjusted by PPP or Human Development Index, Chile falls well behind any Western European country. My first job here in Chile was for a Spanish company and I rejected it to stay here in Chile. In my own opinion, the only countries better than Chile are Switzerland and the USA. What I achieved here in Chile it will takes me 10 years or more in any European country to achieve what I have achieved in Chile in two years with the same knowledge and skills. It's good you caveated it....Chile is not in the top twenty of per capita income or the human development index. |

Oga think deep before you conclude No exaggeration here. All my mates who passed the exam about 10 years back are senior managers and directors in top companies across the world today. Most were already managers in well-respected companies in 4-6 years...and we all came from very humble backgrounds and did not have any connections. If you are hardworking, studious and resilient. Add ICAN to your portfolio of skills and certificates, and it will unlock doors you never knew existed. I am talking from experience...not theory. Forget the few ICAN members that you may have seen and that you were not impressed with. Also, it takes a bit of time something to unlock the full potential the certificate affords you. It was likely on her bucket list and she considered it could be bought with money and influence. To be fair, in the finance world, ICAN is more highly regarded than ANAN. That said, she could have gone for ACCA which is also well respected, but more flexible. |
